Reports indicate that this unprecedented action has seriously changed the equations for emergency internet access.

The report states that despite the operation of tens of thousands of Starlink receivers inside Iran, disruptions have also affected satellite communications, initially disrupting about 30% of Starlink's inbound and outbound traffic, which increased to over 80% within a few hours.
