The public relations office of the IRGC announced early on Saturday in a statement: "Following the attacks by the U.S. military on Sirik and Qeshm Island, enemy bases in the region were hit by aerospace missiles."
    @VahidOOnLine
In the statement, the IRGC referred to its warning at 1:30 AM on Saturday to four oil tankers intending to exit the Strait of Hormuz, stating that one of these tankers was targeted and stopped, while the other vessels turned back.

According to this statement, at 2:30 AM, U.S. drones targeted a telecommunications tower in Qeshm and another tower in Sirik with two projectiles, to which the IRGC aerospace forces retaliated by attacking the Ali Al-Salem Air Base of the U.S. in Kuwait and the facilities of the U.S. Fifth Fleet in Bahrain with ballistic missiles.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Central Command, CENTCOM, in a statement noted that there are currently no reports of damage to U.S. forces and denied the IRGC's claims regarding damage to the U.S. Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain.

"Masoud Nabidoust," a journalist from Khorasan active in the field of cultural heritage, reported through the publication of images that the historic Evangelical Church in Mashhad, listed as a national heritage site in Iran, was completely demolished in the early hours of Thursday, June 14, 1405 (June 4, 2026).

Iranian media, including "Jamaran," have stated that the demolition of this church was carried out "by unknown agents" using a bulldozer.

Cultural heritage activists say this action occurred amid the negligence of cultural heritage officials, an operation that lasted about two hours, and on the morning of June 14, access to the area around the church was restricted to prevent individuals and journalists from taking photographs.

The motivation and identity of the individuals or entities responsible for the demolition are unclear, but this is not the first time a nationally registered historical building in Iran has been demolished overnight without any authority taking responsibility.

The historic Evangelical Church dates back to the Pahlavi era and is located on Golestan Alley, Jannat Street in Mashhad. This site was registered as one of Iran's national heritage sites on August 16, 2005, with registration number 13375.

Previously, buildings such as churches, tombs, and structures belonging to religious minorities, including Baha'is, Christians, and Jews, have been demolished.

A federal judge in the U.S. ruled today that all USCIS suspension policies are illegal and must be immediately revoked!
    leeleehozak

What a wonderful news for Iranian students in the U.S.! I hope the process of reviewing USCIS cases starts soon and everyone's stress and worries come to an end.
    21aban

Finally, the news we've been waiting for months has been announced.
According to the federal court ruling, the pause has been lifted for everyone inside U.S. territory. From this moment on, there is no longer any #USCISpause, as this directive is deemed illegal by the court.

Hats off to the independence of the judiciary for striking down the entire immigration directive.
Hats off to democracy, where power is not a blank check for the government.

P.S. The government will likely appeal this ruling, but sooner or later, the case will be closed with our victory.
    BrmTheGreat

Here is the official link to the court ruling.
And here is the link for more details on this specific complaint, but from an unofficial source.
    mozfang

    Additional details:
The court rejected all of the government's arguments that attempted to exempt the new USCIS policies from judicial review and ruled that:
The term "national security" cannot completely shield executive immigration policies from oversight and review by the courts.

The judge ruled that all four controversial new policies violate the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) and are declared illegal for two main reasons:

    1. Contrary to Law: The USCIS has exceeded its legal authority. The court noted that the powers related to entry restrictions (under Section 212(f) of the INA) are exclusively vested in the President and pertain to borders, not to the process of adjudicating benefits for non-citizens who have already entered U.S. territory. Furthermore, the policy of applying "negative factors based on country of origin" clearly violates the principle of non-discrimination based on nationality in immigration law (under Section 1152(a)(1)(A)).

    2. Arbitrary and Capricious: This agency has failed to provide a logical rationale for its actions, completely disregarded the legitimate interests and expectations of immigrants who acted in accordance with the law, and resorted to fabricated and pretextual reasons. The court pointed to a "serious mismatch" between the stated national security goals and what has actually occurred; including the xenophobic statements of the President and then-Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem on social media, as well as the arbitrary exceptions the agency made for World Cup/Olympic athletes and doctors.

🟣 The court officially declared all four policies illegal and completely annulled them. Since this ruling nullifies a government directive, it will effectively have a nationwide impact across the country.

🟣 The court rejected the plaintiffs' request for a permanent injunction, arguing that the ruling to annul and declare the policies illegal is sufficient to remedy the plaintiffs' damages, and there is no need for this extraordinary measure.

🟣 The government's request to dismiss the plaintiffs' fundamental claims (regarding violations of the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution concerning equal treatment and due process) was denied. The court, based on the principle of "avoiding constitutional issues when possible," stated that since the case has been fully resolved on administrative grounds (under the APA), there is no need to issue a ruling on constitutional clauses at this time.

This ruling has been signed by Chief Judge John J. McConnell and is enforceable.

🔻Trump: Iran should not have nuclear weapons

Donald Trump, the President of the United States, in response to whether he would resume war with the Islamic Republic if the Iranian government killed American forces, said: "That would be a good reason to do so. If they kill American forces, I think I would act very quickly."

Trump emphasized regarding the Islamic Republic: "They cannot have nuclear weapons."

The President of the United States stated: "We do not need an agreement with Iran to obtain their enriched uranium."

He also commented on NATO's assistance in reopening the Strait of Hormuz, saying: "We gave them the opportunity to help, but they did not want to assist. This will be very costly for them because they should not have done that. They should have helped."

🔻Trump on war: Whether militarily or on paper, we will win

Donald Trump, the President of the United States, regarding the war with Iran said: "Whether militarily or on paper, we will win. The main part is that the Strait will be opened immediately."
Trump added: "They (the Islamic Republic) have no navy, they have no air force. We have destroyed them."
He continued: "We have eliminated their leadership and almost all of them. Then you read in the fake media that they are doing very well in the war. It’s really unbelievable. We have destroyed everything that could be destroyed."

🔻Trump: The Iranian government has miscalculated America's capabilities and will

Donald Trump, the President of the United States, in a cabinet meeting at the White House, referring to ongoing negotiations and the situation in the Strait of Hormuz, said one of the main points of the agreement is the immediate reopening of the Strait of Hormuz for the passage of ships and emphasized that the U.S. will win "both on the battlefield and in diplomacy."

The President of the United States claimed that the military capability of the Islamic Republic has been severely weakened and said: "They no longer have an effective navy and air force. We have almost destroyed all their military capability and leadership structure."

In response to a question about the possibility of resuming war if American forces were killed by the Iranian government, he said such an action could be sufficient reason for new military action, and in that case, the U.S. would respond "very quickly."

Trump also mentioned Iran's enriched uranium reserves, stating that the U.S. had considered the option of removing these materials at one point, but due to the need for a longer presence of American forces, this plan was abandoned. According to him, Washington still has the capability to access these materials.

He added that the U.S. is fully monitoring all targeted areas using advanced surveillance systems and space capabilities, tracking any movements.

Regarding the possibility of meeting with Mojtaba Khamenei, he said he personally has no desire and has not proposed such a meeting, but if such a meeting occurs, it will be handled with respect.

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah rejected the ceasefire plan that the governments of Lebanon and Israel had agreed upon in negotiations mediated by the United States.

He also considered the disarmament of Hezbollah as tantamount to the destruction of Lebanon's power and emphasized that this issue is unacceptable to Hezbollah.

A written message attributed to Mojtaba Khamenei, the third leader of the Islamic Republic, was read at the anniversary ceremony of Ruhollah Khomeini's death in Tehran.

In this message, which was read by Mohammad Javad Haj Ali Akbari, the Friday prayer leader of Tehran, the leader of the Islamic Republic accused the United States and Israel of engaging in a "hybrid war" against Iran, stating that this war is "focused on two points: one is the resilience of the people, and the other is creating disruption in the decision-making apparatus of the country's officials." Mojtaba Khamenei also labeled any actions that he claimed would "cause pessimism and frustration" as "aiding the enemy" and called for "maintaining unity, cohesion, and mutual trust" between the people and the officials of the regime.

Last week, Mojtaba Khamenei had also warned all those he referred to as "sacrificial souls whose hearts beat for Islam and the revolution or for the independence and dignity of Iran" not to turn "unjustified and even justified disagreements into conflict and division."

In another part of this message, Israel was described as "a garrison belonging to the system of domination," emphasizing that this country does not hesitate to take any action to prevent Iran's progress.

The message also stated: "The wicked enemy has suffered defeat in its confrontation with your brave children in the armed forces" and added that the enemy, after what has been described as "a meaningful and profound humiliation," has focused on undermining the resilience of the people and creating errors in the decision-making apparatus of the officials.

In conclusion, the message called on everyone to neutralize the enemy's "evil plot" through steadfastness, clarity of vision, maintaining unity and cohesion, and not aligning with the enemy.

Since the announcement of Mojtaba Khamenei as the third leader of the Islamic Republic, no image or voice of him has been released, and Iranian media only publish written messages from him.

The anniversary ceremony of Ruhollah Khomeini's death, which is held every year on June 4 with a speech from the leader of the Islamic Republic and attended by numerous officials and senior military commanders, was held this year in a very limited manner and without the presence of regime officials.
