رئیس جمهور اسلامی ایران در یک گفت‌وگوی تلویزیونی که روز یکشنبه ۲۱ دی پخش شد، همچنین مدعی شد معترضان که حضورشان از پنجشنبه هفته گذشته در شهرهای مختلف پررنگ‌تر شده است، از آمریکا و اسرائیل «دستور» می‌گیرند و افزود که «دشمن تروریست‌های آموزش‌دیده را به کشور وارد کرده است».
