Donald Trump announced that "a lot of help" is on the way for the people of Iran, and in response to a question about the ultimate goal of these actions, he said: "The ultimate goal is victory. I love victory."
In response to a question about how he defines "victory in Iran," Trump said: "Just as we defined it in Venezuela, or with Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi who was eliminated, or Qassem Soleimani. The same goes for Iran; where the Iranian nuclear threat was completely destroyed in about 15 minutes with the arrival of B-2 bombers."
Trump added: "That was the total destruction I had mentioned from the beginning. Then some doubted, but in the end, they said Trump was right."
The U.S. President continued by referring to the developments in Iran: "We do not want what is currently happening in Iran to continue. Protesting is one thing, but when they start killing thousands of people and now the issue of executions is being discussed, we need to see how this path will end for them. It will not have a good outcome."

ترامپ در پاسخ به سوالی درباره اینکه «پیروزی در ایران را چگونه تعریف میکند» گفت: «همانطور که در ونزوئلا تعریف کردیم، یا در مورد ابوبکر بغدادی که از بین رفت، یا قاسم سلیمانی. همینطور در ایران؛ جایی که تهدید هستهای ایران ظرف حدود ۱۵ دقیقه و با رسیدن بمبافکنهای بی-۲ بهطور کامل نابود شد.»
ترامپ افزود: «این همان نابودی کامل بود که از ابتدا گفته بودم. بعد عدهای تردید کردند، اما در نهایت گفتند ترامپ درست میگفت.»
رییسجمهوری آمریکا در ادامه با اشاره به تحولات ایران گفت: «ما نمیخواهیم آنچه اکنون در ایران میگذرد ادامه پیدا کند. اعتراض داشتن یک چیز است، اما وقتی شروع به کشتن هزاران نفر میکنند و حالا هم بحث اعدام مطرح میشود، باید دید این مسیر برایشان چگونه تمام خواهد شد. نتیجه خوبی نخواهد داشت.»
