The Qom Judiciary announced on Wednesday, January 24, 1404, that following the arrest of "Mohammad Saadi-Nia," the owner of the Saadi-Nia café chain on Tuesday, January 23, all of his assets and accounts have been confiscated.

The Qom Judiciary also stated that all of Saadi-Nia's business activities have been shut down and his legal case has been referred to the Article 49 court. This judicial body claimed that Saadi-Nia had "invited people to unrest and chaos."

In the early days of the nationwide protests in January 1404, Mohammad Saadi-Nia had announced that the Saadi-Nia chain would join the strike in support of the protests and the strike of merchants.

Earlier, the "Tasnim" news agency, affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards, reported on Tuesday, January 23, the news of his arrest and stated that Mohammad Saadi-Nia's business license and activity permits have been revoked.
