Prince Reza Pahlavi said in his press conference on Friday, January 26: "Before I begin my speech, I ask you to join me for a moment of silence in memory of the brave people of Iran who have paid the highest possible price for freedom."

Prince Pahlavi stated: "A free and democratic Iran will be a partner for peace and stability in the Middle East and the world."

Addressing the "brave and noble people of Iran," he continued: "You have inspired the admiration of the world; you are the young guardians of the eternal Iran. Do not let this regime create the illusion that it is here to stay."

Prince Pahlavi added: "There is a sea of blood between us and this regime. Because of your unwavering determination, thousands of security forces have refrained from going to work."

He emphasized: "The people have called on me for leadership. Large sections of the army have refused to comply. Tens of thousands are in the process of defecting."

The international community must play a more active role

Prince Reza Pahlavi stressed the necessity of foreign support, stating that the international community must play a more active role.

He warned that if the goal is to prevent repression and expedite the fall of the regime, support for the people of Iran will be essential.

According to him, the people of Iran need serious backing to achieve ultimate victory.

Prince Pahlavi said: "The world does not need to send soldiers to Iran; the brave people of Iran are the soldiers in the field fighting against the regime."

Prince Reza Pahlavi stated: "It is very clear. Donald Trump said that if the Iranian regime kills the people of Iran, there will be serious consequences. The people of Iran believe these words. He is a man who will act on his words."

In response to a question from an ITV News reporter in Britain, Prince Reza Pahlavi said he still believes that the words and actions of President Trump are one and the same. Referring to the unprecedented massacre of Iranians, he said that whatever actions are taken or not taken, we, as the people of Iran, have no choice but to continue the struggle.

Prince Reza Pahlavi emphasized: "We have repeatedly called for the IRGC to be listed as a terrorist organization. The regime is on the brink of collapse." He said: "The democratic and free world, which claims to defend freedom and human rights, must act against the regime's ruthless repression."

Prince Reza Pahlavi, referring to what he called the "regime's methodology," said the Islamic Republic uses money laundering networks and financial resources in various countries to advance its goals and can expose citizens of the U.S. and the U.K. to danger in various ways.

He stressed: "We must not allow this regime to cause more harm."

Directly addressing the financial resources of groups affiliated with the Islamic Republic, he added: "The well that fills the terrorists' financial resources must be dried up."

Prince Reza Pahlavi considered this action one of the key steps to contain the threats posed by the Islamic Republic on an international level.

He addressed the people: "Your practical support will expedite this overthrow. Record the names of the criminals and oppressors; rest assured they will be held accountable."

Plans for the transitional period

Prince Reza Pahlavi said: "I have a plan for the day after the overthrow with four components for a peaceful transition: preserving the territorial integrity of Iran, respecting all ethnicities, separating religion from government, and the right of the people to determine their government."

Referring to the ethnic and religious diversity in Iran, he said these principles guarantee the elimination of ethnic, religious, and racial discrimination, and any return to discrimination will not be acceptable.

According to him, representatives of various ethnicities and religions have a role in this process, and the necessary guarantees for the full equality of citizens must be established clearly and practically.

Prince Reza Pahlavi also referred to the views of critical religious figures regarding the regime, including Molavi Abdolhamid, the Sunni Friday prayer leader of Zahedan, stating that the belief in the separation of religion from government is not limited to a specific current and exists among a wide range of religious and civil activists.

He emphasized that the future of Iran must be based on equal rights, freedom of choice, and peaceful coexistence of all citizens, and these four principles will serve as a common roadmap for transitioning to a democratic and inclusive system.

He also called for targeting the leadership of the IRGC and the command of repression, adopting a policy of maximum pressure, blocking the assets of the Islamic Republic worldwide, and targeting its shadow fleet.
