Donald Trump, the President of the United States, referred to the Gaza peace agreement, stating that if the U.S. had not attacked the nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic, there would be no peace in the Middle East today. He added that the Islamic Republic is no longer the "bully" of the Middle East, and countries do not fear it anymore.

The U.S. President described the role of the Islamic Republic in the region, saying: "We had a bully; that bully was Iran, the bully of the Middle East. For years, it was referred to this way. Iran was the bully of the Middle East, but it is no longer the bully of the Middle East."

Trump considered the attack on the Islamic Republic's nuclear facilities as the main factor in the formation of the peace agreement, adding: "What we did was incredible, and it was because of that action that we were able to establish peace. If we hadn't done that, there would have been no chance for peace because the countries I mentioned and other countries could never have signed an agreement. They were afraid. They were really afraid."

He continued by saying that if the U.S. had not taken this action, the Islamic Republic would have acquired nuclear weapons within two months. Trump added: "They were very close to having nuclear weapons, and we dealt a heavy blow to them, and it was a complete destruction."
