Masoud Pezeshkian, in a message regarding the people's protests, stated that "the conspiracy of Iran's adversaries has turned the civil and rightful protests of the people into a bloody and violent spectacle."
He described the protests as "an American-Israeli conspiracy and the enemy's revenge for their defeat in the 12-day war."
Pezeshkian mentioned that various groups have been tasked with thoroughly investigating the causes and factors behind these events to identify and eliminate the root causes of violence.

مسعود پزشکیان در پیامی درباره اعتراضات مردم گفت که «توطئه بدخواهان ایران، اعتراض مدنی و بهحق مردم را به معرکهای خونبار و خشونتآمیز مبدل ساخت.»
او اعتراضات مردم را «توطئه آمریکایی اسرائیلی و انتقام دشمن از شکست در جنگ ۱۲ روزه» خواند.
پزشکیان گفت که به گروههای مختلفی ماموریت داده تا با بررسی دقیق علل و عوامل وقوع این حوادث، ریشههای اصلی خشونت شناسائی و خشکانده شود.
