The first received video with the description: "Around 21:30 tonight, the sound of an explosion was heard from inside the #Joint_Army_Headquarters. Hashmatieh #Tehran tonight, 17 Bahman."

At 22:31, Mehr News Agency affiliated with the Islamic Propagation Organization reported, citing the spokesperson of the Tehran Fire Department, that a fire had occurred around 19:00 in a carpentry shop on Qudosi Street, which was extinguished. Mehr News Agency used photos for this news that had been published on social media with descriptions about the Joint Army Headquarters, and it seems all were published after 21:30. However, it appears there was also an old photo among them.

In any case, the sender of this video emphasized the occurrence of the explosion around 21:30.

ساعت ۲۲:۳۱ خبرگزاری مهر وابسته به سازمان تبلیغات اسلامی به نقل از سخنگوی سازمان آتش‌نشانی تهران نوشت حوالی ساعت ۱۹ در یک نجاری در خیابان قدوسی آتش‌سوزی شده بود که خاموش کردند. خبرگزاری مهر برای این خبر از عکس‌هایی استفاده کرد که با شرحی درباره ستاد مشترک ارتش در شبکه‌های اجتماعی منتشر شده بودند و به نظر می‌رسه همه بعد از ساعت ۲۱:۳۰ منتشر شده باشند. البته گویا عکسی قدیمی هم بینشون بود.

به هرحال فرستنده این ویدیو روی وقوع انفجار در حدود ساعت ۲۱:۳۰ تاکید داشت.
