One of the lawyers for Mohammad Amin Beiglari, a 19-year-old teenager, announced that Judge Salavati has issued a death sentence for his client on the charge of "moharebeh" (waging war against God).
Hassan Aghakhani stated on Thursday in an interview with the Emtedad website that Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Salavati, has also issued death sentences for six other individuals.
He added that along with his colleague, Ms. Sadrinia, they announced their representation during the appeal stage to enter the case as appointed lawyers, but "unfortunately, the head of the branch has not allowed us to study the case file or to defend in it." According to this lawyer, Mohammad Amin Beiglari was arrested during the protests on January 7 and is currently in Qazalhasar prison. His case was reviewed on February 7, and the death sentence was issued on February 8.

یکی از وکلای محمد امین بیگلری، نوجوان ۱۹ ساله، اعلام کرد که قاضی صلواتی برای موکلش به اتهام «محاربه» حکم اعدام صادر کرده است.
حسن آقاخانی روز پنجشنبه در گفتوگو با سایت امتداد گفت که شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب به ریاست قاضی صلواتی برای شش نفر دیگر نیز حکم اعدام صادر کرده است.
او افزوده که همراه همکارش، خانم صدرینیا، در مرحله دیوان (فرجامخواهی) اعلام وکالت کردیم تا به عنوان وکیل تعیینی وارد پرونده شویم، اما «متاسفانه رئیس شعبه، نه اجازه مطالعه پرونده و نه اجازه دفاع در آن را به ما نداده است».
بر اساس اعلام این وکیل، محمد امین بیگلری ۱۸ دیماه در جریان اعتراضات بازداشت شد و هم اکنون در زندان قزلحصار به سر میبرد. پرونده او روز ۱۸ بهمن مورد رسیدگی قرار گرفته و ۱۹ بهمن نیز برایش حکم اعدام صادر شده است.
