Images released by the Islamic Republic's state broadcaster show firefighters at the scene extinguishing the fire.

The CEO of the Khomeini Shahr Fire Department stated that in the helicopter crash at the fruit and vegetable market, 4 people, including the pilot, co-pilot, and 2 stallholders, lost their lives.
The director general of crisis management in Isfahan province said that the helicopter encountered an accident due to a "technical failure" during flight.

مدیرعامل سازمان آتشنشانی خمینیشهر گفت در سقوط بالگرد ارتش در میدان میوه و ترهبار این شهر ۴ نفر از جمله خلبان، کمکخلبان و ۲ غرفهدار جان باختند.
مدیرکل مدیریت بحران استان اصفهان گفت: این بالگرد در حین پرواز بر اثر «نقص فنی» دچار سانحه شده است.
