Badr al-Busaidi, the Foreign Minister of Oman, announced on Thursday evening, March 7, via a message on X, the conclusion of the third round of negotiations and stated that technical discussions will be held next week in Vienna.
The Omani Foreign Minister emphasized the progress in the Geneva talks, writing: "We concluded the negotiations a day after significant progress in discussions between the United States and Iran. We will resume negotiations soon after consultations in the relevant capitals."
Al-Busaidi added: "Technical negotiations will be held next week in Vienna."
The Associated Press reported on Thursday evening that Oman has requested both the Iranian and American sides to extend the negotiations in Geneva for one more day and continue tomorrow.

بدر البوسعیدی، وزیر خارجه عمان شامگاه پنجشنبه هفتم اسفند با انتشار پیامی در اکس از پایان دور سوم مذاکرات خبر داد و اعلام کرد که مذاکرات در سطح فنی هفته آینده در وین برگزار خواهد شد.
وزیر خارجه عمان با تاکید بر پیشرفت مذاکرات ژنو نوشت: «ما یک روز پس از پیشرفت قابل توجه در مذاکرات بین ایالات متحده و ایران، مذاکرات را به پایان رساندیم. به زودی پس از مشورت در پایتخت‌های مربوطه، مذاکرات را از سر خواهیم گرفت.»
البوسعیدی اضافه کرد: «مذاکرات در سطح فنی هفته آینده در وین برگزار خواهد شد.»
خبرگزاری آسوشیتدپرس شامگاه پنجشنبه گزارش داد که عمان از هر دو طرف ایرانی و آمریکایی خواسته است تا مذاکرات در ژنو را یک روز دیگر تمدید کنند و فردا ادامه دهند.
