The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman announced in a message posted on X that Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, the Foreign Minister of the country, met with JD Vance, Deputy to Donald Trump, the President of the United States, at the White House to discuss the indirect negotiations between the U.S. and the Islamic Republic.
The message stated that the negotiations, mediated by Oman, have so far reached "significant and unprecedented progress." The Omani Foreign Minister shared details of the negotiation process and the achievements made with the U.S. Vice President and expressed appreciation for the diplomatic efforts of the parties involved.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Oman also emphasized the continuation of efforts to reach a fair and sustainable agreement and to strengthen regional stability. Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi expressed hope for further decisive progress in the coming days.

وزارت امور خارجه عمان در پیامی که در شبکه اکس منتشر کرد، اعلام کرد بدر بن حمد البوسعیدی، وزیر امور خارجه این کشور، با جیدی ونس، معاون دونالد ترامپ، رییس جمهوری ایالات متحده آمریکا، در کاخ سفید دیدار و درباره مذاکرات غیرمستقیم میان آمریکا و جمهوری اسلامی گفتگو کرد.
در این پیام آمده است مذاکرات با میانجیگری عمان تاکنون به «پیشرفت مهم و بیسابقه» رسیده است. وزیر امور خارجه عمان جزییات روند مذاکرات و دستاوردهای حاصلشده را با معاون رییس جمهوری آمریکا در میان گذاشت و از تلاشهای دیپلماتیک طرفها قدردانی کرد.
وزارت امور خارجه عمان همچنین بر ادامه تلاشها برای دستیابی به توافقی عادلانه و پایدار و تقویت ثبات منطقهای تاکید کرد. بدر بن حمد البوسعیدی ابراز امیدواری کرد پیشرفتهای تعیینکننده بیشتری در روزهای آینده حاصل شود.
