The government of Qatar strongly condemned the attack on its territory with ballistic missiles from the Islamic Republic, deeming it a blatant violation of national sovereignty, a direct threat to its security and territorial integrity, and a provocative act that jeopardizes the security and stability of the region.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that Qatar reserves its full right to respond to this attack in accordance with international law and proportional to the nature of the aggression, in defense of its sovereignty, security, and national interests.
The ministry reminded that Qatar has always been one of the first countries to call for dialogue with the Islamic Republic of Iran and has pursued this principle as the best solution for resolving disputes and conflicts through peaceful means and preventing the risks of escalating crises in the region.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed that targeting Qatari territory is inconsistent with the principles of good neighborliness and is unacceptable under any pretext, as Qatar has always sought to avoid regional conflicts and facilitate dialogue between Iran and the international community. The repeated targeting of its lands is not a sign of goodwill and threatens the foundations of bilateral understandings between the two countries.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also condemned the violation of the sovereignty of Kuwait, the UAE, Jordan, and Bahrain in the attack by the Islamic Republic and declared Qatar's full support for these allied countries in any actions they take to preserve their sovereignty, security, and stability.

دولت قطر شدیدا حمله به قلمرو خود با موشک‌های بالستیک جمهوری اسلامی را محکوم کرد و آن را نقض آشکار حاکمیت ملی، تهدید مستقیم امنیت و تمامیت سرزمینی خود و اقدامی تحریک‌آمیز که امنیت و ثبات منطقه را به خطر می‌اندازد، دانست.
وزارت امور خارجه تأکید کرد که قطر حق کامل خود برای واکنش به این حمله را مطابق با مقررات حقوق بین‌الملل و متناسب با ماهیت تجاوز، برای دفاع از حاکمیت، امنیت و منافع ملی خود محفوظ می‌دارد.
این وزارتخانه یادآور شد که قطر همواره از نخستین کشورهایی بوده که خواهان گفت‌وگو با جمهوری اسلامی ایران بوده و این اصل را به عنوان بهترین راه حل برای حل اختلافات و مناقشات به روش‌های مسالمت‌آمیز و جلوگیری از خطرات تشدید بحران در منطقه، دنبال کرده است.
وزارت خارجه تأکید کرد که هدف قرار دادن قلمرو قطر با اصول حسن هم‌جواری سازگار نیست و تحت هیچ بهانه‌ای قابل قبول نیست، چرا که قطر همواره تلاش کرده از درگیری‌های منطقه‌ای دوری کند و میان ایران و جامعه بین‌المللی تسهیلگر گفت‌وگو باشد. هدف قرار گرفتن دوباره سرزمین‌هایش نشانه حسن نیت نیست و بنیان تفاهم‌های دوجانبه بین دو کشور را تهدید می‌کند.
وزارت امور خارجه همچنین نقض حاکمیت کویت، امارات، اردن و بحرین در حمله جمهوری اسلامی را محکوم کرده و حمایت کامل قطر از این کشورهای هم‌پیمان در هر اقدامی که برای حفظ حاکمیت، امنیت و ثبات خود انجام دهند، اعلام کرد.
