♦️ Emmanuel Macron, the President of France, called for an urgent meeting of the United Nations Security Council on Saturday, stating that the outbreak of war between the United States, Israel, and the Islamic Republic of Iran has "serious consequences" for international peace and security.

Macron wrote on the social media platform X: "The current crisis is dangerous for everyone and must be stopped. The Iranian regime must understand that it has no choice but to engage in good faith negotiations to end its nuclear and ballistic missile programs, as well as its actions to destabilize the region."

He also stated that the people of Iran should be able to freely shape their own future.

Referring to the national uprising of the Iranian people that was brutally suppressed, Macron said: "The massacres carried out by the Islamic Republic have delegitimized it."

♦️ امانوئل مکرون، رئیس جمهوری فرانسه، روز شنبه خواستار تشکیل جلسه فوری شورای امنیت سازمان ملل شد و گفت که وقوع جنگ بین ایالات متحده، اسرائیل و جمهوری اسلامی ایران «عواقب جدی» برای صلح و امنیت بین‌المللی دارد.

مکرون در شبکه اجتماعی اکس نوشت: «بحران فعلی برای همه خطرناک است و باید متوقف شود. رژیم ایران باید درک کند که اکنون چاره‌ای جز شرکت در مذاکرات با حسن نیت برای پایان دادن به برنامه‌های هسته‌ای و موشک‌های بالستیک خود و همچنین اقداماتش برای بی‌ثبات کردن منطقه ندارد.»

او همچنین گفت که مردم ایران باید بتوانند آزادانه آینده خود را بسازند.

مکرون با اشاره به قیام ملی مردم ایران که به طرز وحشیانه‌ای سرکوب شد، گفت: «قتل عام‌های انجام شده از سوی جمهوری اسلامی، آن را بی‌مشروعیت کرده است.»
