Peter Hegst, the U.S. Secretary of Defense, in a press conference in Washington, responded to a BBC reporter's question about the attack on a primary school in Minab, Hormozgan province, Iran, stating that the United States "does not target civilian facilities and is currently investigating this matter."

In response to the second question from the BBC reporter, who referred to the U.S. capability in identifying and gathering data, asking whether it has been determined which party the munitions used in this attack belonged to after several days, he said: "We are investigating."

Mr. Hegst, when asked by another reporter about the possibility of the U.S. arming Kurdish groups opposing the Islamic Republic, stated: "None of our objectives are based on supporting or arming a specific force. We are aware of potential actions by regional actors, but our goals are not focused on that."

The White House spokesperson denied President Trump's agreement to arm groups, including Kurdish groups, against the Iranian government. Caroline Levitt confirmed in a press conference on Wednesday that Donald Trump had discussed the "U.S. base in northern Iraq" with Kurdish leaders. She added: "However, any report claiming that Trump agreed to arm any group is completely false."

Some media outlets, including CNN and Reuters, reported on the "dialogue" between Iranian Kurdish armed groups based in the Kurdistan region of Iraq and American officials in recent days regarding the possibility and manner of "attacking" the security forces of the Islamic Republic in western Iran.

Ms. Levitt also announced that the presence of American forces on Iranian soil is currently not on the agenda, stating: "This issue is not currently in the operational plan, but I never rule out military options from the Commander-in-Chief's agenda."

Caroline Levitt, the White House spokesperson, announced in a press conference that the Donald Trump administration has launched a large-scale military operation against the Islamic Republic named "Epic Fury," which, according to her, aims to destroy the missile, naval, and nuclear capabilities of this government.

She stated that American forces have targeted over two thousand sites in Iran so far and have destroyed hundreds of ballistic missiles, launch pads, and drones. According to her, more than 20 Iranian military vessels, including a submarine, have also been destroyed, and currently, no Iranian ships are operating in the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, or the Sea of Oman.

She said the Islamic Republic has rejected U.S. proposals for negotiations and lifting sanctions in exchange for halting uranium enrichment, and for this reason, it has chosen the path of military confrontation. Caroline Levitt also mentioned that U.S. intelligence agencies are monitoring reports about the potential succession of the son of the Islamic Republic's leader, but it is still unclear who is in control of the situation in Iran. She concluded by stating that Washington hopes the fate of freedom will ultimately be in the hands of the Iranian people.

Pete Hegst, the U.S. Secretary of War, announced that the U.S. and Israel will take "full control of Iranian airspace" within the next week. He stated in a Pentagon press conference that operations to achieve a "uninterrupted airspace" began last night.

او در پاسخ به سوال دوم خبرنگار بی‌بی‌سی که با اشاره به توانایی آمریکا در شناسایی و گردآوردی داد‌ها پرسید آیا با گذشتن چند روز از این اتفاق، آیا مشخص شده مهمات استفاده شده در این حمله مربوط به چه طرفی بوده است؟ گفت: «در حال بررسی هستیم.»

سخنگوی کاخ سفید موافقت رئیس‌جمهور آمریکا با مسلح کردن گروه‌ها از جمله گروه‌های کًرد علیه حکومت ایران را رد کرد.
کارولین لویت در نشست خبری روز چهارشنبه تأیید کرد که دونالد ترامپ دربارهٔ «پایگاه آمریکا در شمال عراق» با رهبران کُرد گفت‌وگو کرده است.
او افزود: «اما هرگونه گزارشی که ادعا کند ترامپ با مسلح کردن هر گروهی موافقت کرده است، کاملاً نادرست است».
برخی رسانه‌ها ازجمله سی‌ان‌ان و خبرگزاری رویترز از «گفت‌وگوی» گروه‌های مسلح کُرد ایرانی مستقر در اقلیم کردستان عراق با مقام‌های آمریکایی در روزهای اخیر دربارهٔ امکان و چگونگی «حمله» به نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی در غرب ایران خبر داده بودند.
خانم لویت همچنین اعلام کرد که حضور نیروهای آمریکایی در خاک ایران فعلا در دستور کار نیست و گفت: «این موضوع در حال حاضر در برنامه عملیاتی قرار ندارد، اما هرگز گزینه‌های نظامی را از دستور کار فرمانده کل قوا رد نمی‌کنم».

کارولین لویت، سخنگوی کاخ سفید، در نشست خبری اعلام کرد که دولت دونالد ترامپ عملیات نظامی گسترده‌ای علیه جمهوری اسلامی با نام «خشم حماسی» آغاز کرده که به گفته او با هدف نابودی توان موشکی، دریایی و هسته‌ای این حکومت انجام می‌شود.
او گفت نیروهای آمریکایی تاکنون بیش از دو هزار هدف در ایران را هدف قرار داده‌اند و صدها موشک بالستیک، سکوی پرتاب و پهپاد را نابود کرده‌اند. به گفته او بیش از ۲۰ شناور نظامی ایران از جمله یک زیردریایی نیز منهدم شده و اکنون هیچ کشتی ایرانی در خلیج فارس، تنگه هرمز یا دریای عمان در حال فعالیت نیست.
او گفت جمهوری اسلامی پیشنهادهای آمریکا برای مذاکره و لغو تحریم‌ها در ازای توقف غنی‌سازی اورانیوم را رد کرده و به همین دلیل مسیر تقابل نظامی را انتخاب کرده است.
کارولین لویت همچنین گفت نهادهای اطلاعاتی آمریکا گزارش‌ها درباره احتمال جانشینی پسر رهبر جمهوری اسلامی را زیر نظر دارند، اما هنوز مشخص نیست چه کسی کنترل اوضاع در ایران را در دست دارد. او در پایان افزود واشینگتن امیدوار است سرنوشت آزادی در نهایت در دستان مردم ایران قرار گیرد.

پیت هگست، وزیر جنگ ایالات متحده، اعلام کرد که آمریکا و اسرائیل ظرف یک هفته آینده «کنترل کامل آسمان ایران» را در دست خواهند گرفت.
او در نشست خبری پنتاگون گفت عملیات برای دستیابی به «حریم هوایی بدون مزاحم» از شب گذشته آغاز شده است.
هگست توضیح داد که در چنین شرایطی نیروهای آمریکایی و اسرائیلی «شبانه‌روز پرواز خواهند کرد» تا موشک‌ها، زیرساخت‌های نظامی و صنایع دفاعی ایران را هدف قرار دهند.
او افزود: «رهبران ایران هر وقت به آسمان نگاه کنند، فقط قدرت هوایی آمریکا و اسرائیل را خواهند دید؛ هر دقیقه از هر روز تا زمانی که ما تصمیم بگیریم این عملیات پایان یابد.»
وزیر جنگ آمریکا هشدار داد که جمهوری اسلامی «هیچ کاری از دستش برنمی‌آید» و گفت: «مرگ و ویرانی از آسمان خواهد آمد؛ تمام روز.»
او همچنین تاکید کرد که خلبانان آمریکایی اختیارات گسترده‌ای برای اجرای عملیات دارند و قواعد درگیری به گونه‌ای طراحی شده که «قدرت آمریکا را آزاد کند، نه اینکه آن را محدود کند.»
