Before the update:
Messages say: Around 00:15 on Tuesday, March 19, in northern Tehran, on Bahar Jonubi Street in Kaveh Boulevard, a 4-story building was targeted. Apparently, this building is located in the alley of Zamani:

I received various messages from the surroundings that I couldn't figure out which alley it was. For example, this video was sent with a description of Jahromi Alley, which could be the upper alley. They mentioned several explosions. One person wrote:

"The whole building came down. All the windows of the neighboring buildings were shattered, and the parking garage doors were knocked out. A quarter of an hour later, it came again and hit two alleys down (Bahrām) twice in a row. A few minutes later, we had three more explosions that were a bit lower down.
Several corpses were taken out of the building. I don't know whose house it was, but there was always a Hosseiniyeh there. After the explosion, within less than 5 minutes, a lot of people with lasers were checking the building."

Another person wrote:
"At 12:10 in Ekhtiyariyeh, Tehran, on Bahar Street, someone was assassinated. We inquired with the ambulance, and they said there was one person there who was killed. I think it was an assassination; their next-door neighbor was an elderly woman who was injured."
Update:
In later messages, they also say that only one person was killed and that the building did not come down.

در پیام‌ها میگن: حدود ساعت ۰۰:۱۵ بامداد سه‌شنبه ۱۹ اسفند در شمال تهران، خیابان بهار جنوبی در بلوار کاوه، یک ساختمان ۴ طبقه هدف گرفته شده. گویا این ساختمان در کوچه زمانی:

پیام‌های مختلفی از اطراف داشتم که نمی‌تونستم بفهمم کدوم کوچه است. مثلا این ویدیو رو با شرح کوچه جهرمی فرستاده بودند که می‌شد کوچه بالاییش. نگو چند تا انفجار بوده. یکی نوشته:

'کل ساختمون اومد پایین. تمامی شیشه‌های ساختمون‌های مجاور شکسته و درهای پارکینگ‌ها از جا در اومده. یک‌ربع بعد مجدد اومد و دو تا کوچه پایین‌تر (بهرام)‌ را دوبار پشت سر هم زد. چند دقیقه بعد هم سه انفجار دیگه را داشتیم که یکم پایین‌تر بود.
چندین جنازه را از تو ساختمان بردند. این که خونه کی بود را نمی‌دونم ولی همیشه اونجا حسینیه بود. بعد از انفجار هم در کمتر از ۵ دقیقه کلی آدم با لیزر داشتن تو ساختمون را چک می‌کردند.'

یکی هم نوشته بود:
ساعت ۱۲:۱۰ اختیاریه تهران، خیابان بهار یکی رو ترور کردن. از اورژانس پرس‌وجو کردیم گفتن ۱ نفر بوده اونجا و کشته شده. ترور بوده فکر میکنم، همسایه دیوار به دیوارشون یه خانم سن داری بوده که مصدوم شده بود.
آپدیت:
در پیام‌های بعدی هم میگن فقط یک نفر کشته شده و اینکه ساختمان نیومده پایین
