She said: "Measures have been taken to provide facilities for those who can convey the message to others."

فاطمه مهاجرانی، سخنگوی دولت جمهوری اسلامی، درباره رفع قطعی سراسری اینترنت گفت «ملاحظاتی» وجود دارد و افزود تمهیداتی برای افراد خاص اندیشیده شده است. او گفت: «تمهیداتی اندیشیده شده است کسانی که میتوانند صدا را به دیگران برسانند امکاناتی برایشان فراهم شود.»
