The first received photo with the caption: 'This residential house belongs to one of my friends in Zarafshan, West Town #Tehran, which they blew up.'

The subsequent received images with the caption: '12:30 PM Tehran - West Town, Zarafshan. The building where apparently a special meeting was taking place has been completely destroyed. Employees of Bank Saderat and Bank Dey, as well as anyone present in the shops below, were all killed.'

In messages, they say the entire building was commercial. I can't verify that.
And they say in this photo from the front, the building is charred.

It seems the bank employees are alive.
Video tweet: A government reporter is reporting from the same location, for example. He says, "14 employees inside the bank" were all safely brought out from under the rubble. Those who were killed are declared as "passersby"!👇

  Thank God Bank Dey was closed; I don't know about Bank Saderat, but in any case, there were various shops below, like real estate and dry cleaning, etc.
  The upper floors of that building also housed the Scam Energy Company.

در پیام‌هایی میگن کل ساختمان تجاری بوده. برای من قابل بررسی نیستند.
و میگن در این عکس از روبرو، ساختمان تار شده.

کارمندان بانک گویا زنده هستند
ویدیو توییت: خبرنگار حکومتی از همین محل رفته گزارش میده مثلا. میگه «۱۴ نفر کارکنان داخل بانک» همه رو سالم از زیر این آوار آوردن بیرون. کسایی که کشته شدن رو «رهگذر» اعلام میکنه!👇

  خدا رو شکر بانک دی تعطیل بوده بانک صادرات رو نمیدونم ولی به هر صورت اون زیر مغازه های مختلفی بود مثل املاک و خشکشویی و ..
  اون ساختمان  طبقات بالاش  هم  شرکت اسکام مال انرژی اتمی بود
