Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence of the United States, warned during a Senate hearing on Wednesday, while announcing a new assessment from the intelligence community, that several countries, including Russia, China, North Korea, Iran, and Pakistan, are researching and developing various missile launch systems. These systems include both innovative and advanced technologies as well as traditional models, capable of carrying nuclear and conventional warheads.
According to this assessment, these missiles could place U.S. territory within their range, and for this reason, the national security of the country is facing serious threats. Gabbard emphasized that this trend reflects these countries' efforts to enhance their deterrent capabilities and military power, and the U.S. intelligence community is continuously monitoring these activities.

In her annual threat report to the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee, Tulsi Gabbard stated that the "Midnight Hammer" operation has destroyed Iran's enrichment program, and since then, there has been no sign of the reconstruction of this capacity.
She also mentioned that the Iranian regime has been severely weakened as a result of recent military operations but still remains in power, and Tehran and its proxy forces still have the capability to attack U.S. interests and those of its allies in the Middle East.
According to Gabbard, if this regime persists, it may rebuild its missile and drone capabilities within a few years.

تولسی گابارد، مدیر اطلاعات ملی ایالات متحده، روز چهارشنبه در جریان یک جلسه استماع در مجلس سنا با اعلام ارزیابی جدید جامعه اطلاعاتی، هشدار داد که چندین کشور از جمله روسیه، چین، کره شمالی، ایران و پاکستان در حال تحقیق و توسعه انواع سیستم‌های پرتاب موشک هستند. این سیستم‌ها شامل فناوری‌های نوآورانه و پیشرفته، همچنین نمونه‌های سنتی می‌شوند و قادر به حمل کلاهک‌های هسته‌ای و متعارف هستند.
بر اساس این ارزیابی، این موشک‌ها می‌توانند خاک ایالات متحده را در برد خود قرار دهند و به همین دلیل امنیت ملی این کشور در معرض تهدیدات جدی قرار دارد. گابارد تاکید کرد که این روند نشان‌دهنده تلاش این کشورها برای افزایش توان بازدارندگی و قدرت نظامی خود است و جامعه اطلاعاتی آمریکا نظارت مستمر بر این فعالیت‌ها را در دستور کار دارد.

تولسی گابارد در گزارش سالانه تهدیدها به کمیته اطلاعاتی سنای آمریکا نوشت عملیات «چکش نیمه‌شب» برنامه غنی‌سازی ایران را نابود کرده و از آن زمان نشانه‌ای از بازسازی این ظرفیت دیده نشده است.
او همچنین گفت حکومت ایران در نتیجه عملیات نظامی اخیر به‌شدت تضعیف شده اما همچنان پابرجاست و تهران و نیروهای نیابتی‌اش هنوز توانایی حمله به منافع آمریکا و متحدانش در خاورمیانه را دارند.
به گفته گابارد، اگر این حکومت باقی بماند، ممکن است طی چند سال توان موشکی و پهپادی خود را بازسازی کند.
