🔸The Kurdistan Region of Iraq confirmed the death of six of its Peshmerga fighters in Iranian attacks and reported that 30 others were injured in these assaults.

🔸In a statement released by the armed forces of the autonomous Kurdistan Region of Iraq on Tuesday, April 4, it was mentioned that "six Iranian ballistic missiles" targeted the military forces of this region.

🔸Since the onset of the ongoing war, the Iranian government has carried out numerous missile and drone attacks on areas in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, but this is the first time it has been reported that several security forces from this region have been killed in these attacks.

🔸Previously, the leaders of the Kurdistan Region announced that they are currently trying to remain neutral and prevent becoming part of the conflict in the region.

🔸Bafel Jalal Talabani, leader of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, one of the major center-left parties in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, also stated: "We have not seen any uprising anywhere, and there are no signs of such." He also mentioned that as far as he knows, no Kurdish forces have crossed the border, and most forces are stationed along the Iraq border and outside Iranian territory.

🔸اقلیم کردستان عراق با تأیید کشته شدن شش نفر از پیشمرگه‌های خود در حملات ایران، از زخمی شدن ۳۰ نفر دیگر در این حملات خبر داد.

🔸در بیانیه‌ای که نیروهای مسلح اقلیم خودمختار کردستان عراق روز سه‌شنبه ۴ فروردین منتشر کرد، آمده است که «شش موشک بالستیک ایرانی» نیروهای نظامی این اقلیم را هدف قرار دادند.

🔸از زمان آغاز جنگ جاری، حکومت ایران حملات موشکی و پهپادی متعددی به مناطقی در اقلیم کردستان عراق نیز انجام داده، اما نخستین بار است که گزارش می‌شود در این حملات تعدادی از نیروهای امنیتی این اقلیم کشته شده‌اند.

🔸پیشتر، رهبران اقلیم کردستان اعلام کرده‌اند که در حال حاضر تلاش می‌کنند بی‌طرف بمانند و از تبدیل شدن به بخشی از درگیری در منطقه جلوگیری کنند.

🔸بافل جلال طالبانی، رهبر حزب اتحادیه میهنی کردستان، یکی از احزاب مهم چپ میانه در اقلیم کردستان عراق، نیز گفته بود: «ما هیچ قیامی در جایی ندیده‌ایم و چنین نشانه‌ای وجود ندارد.» او همچنین گفته بود تا جایی که او اطلاع دارد، هیچ نیروی کُردی از مرز عبور نکرده و بیشتر نیروها در امتداد مرز عراق و خارج از خاک ایران مستقر هستند.
