Naim Qassem, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, warned that negotiating with Israel while the country is "under enemy fire" means "surrendering" Lebanon.

He rejected the Lebanese President's proposal for direct negotiations with "the enemy that has occupied our land and attacks daily."

The Secretary-General of Hezbollah also called on the government to lift the ban on Hezbollah's military activities:

"The issue of weapon monopoly to satisfy Israel's demands while occupation and aggression continue is a step towards the destruction of Lebanon."

Naim Qassem emphasized that Hezbollah is ready to continue the fight and predicted that Iran will win the war against the U.S. and Israel.

نعیم قاسم، دبیر کل حزب‌الله، هشدار داد که مذاکره با اسرائیل در شرایطی که کشور «زیر آتش دشمن» است، به معنای «تسلیم» شدن لبنان است.

او پیشنهاد رئیس‌جمهور لبنان برای مذاکره مستقیم با «دشمنی که زمین ما را اشغال کرده و روزانه حمله می‌کند» رد کرد.

دبیر کل حزب‌الله همچنین از دولت خواست ممنوعیت فعالیت‌های نظامی حزب‌الله را لغو کند:

«مطرح شدن انحصار سلاح برای برآورده کردن خواسته اسرائیل در حالیکه اشغال و تجاوز ادامه دارد، گامی در مسیر نابودی لبنان است.»

نعیم قاسم تاکید کرد که حزب‌الله برای ادامه جنگ آمادگی دارد و پیش‌بینی کرد که ایران پیروز جنگ با آمریکا و اسرائیل خواهد بود.
