The United Nations Human Rights Council condemned the Islamic Republic's attacks on countries in the Persian Gulf region by adopting a resolution and called for immediate and full compensation for the victims.
This resolution, presented by Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan, was adopted with the support of members of this 47-member body. The text criticizes Tehran's actions in targeting regional countries and its attempts to close the Strait of Hormuz, calling on the Islamic Republic to immediately cease all its attacks.
In this resolution, the Human Rights Council described the actions of the Islamic Republic as "flagrant attacks" and emphasized the necessity of compensating all individuals harmed in these attacks.

شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد با تصویب قطعنامه‌ای، حملات جمهوری اسلامی به کشورهای حوزه خلیج فارس را محکوم کرد و خواستار پرداخت فوری و کامل غرامت به قربانیان شد.
این قطعنامه که از سوی بحرین، کویت، عمان، قطر، عربستان سعودی، امارات متحده عربی و اردن ارائه شده بود، با حمایت اعضای این نهاد ۴۷ نفره به تصویب رسید. در متن آن، اقدامات تهران در هدف قرار دادن کشورهای منطقه و تلاش برای بستن تنگه هرمز مورد انتقاد قرار گرفته و از جمهوری اسلامی خواسته شده است که فورا تمامی حملات خود را متوقف کند.
شورای حقوق بشر در این قطعنامه، اقدامات جمهوری اسلامی را «حملات فاحش» توصیف کرده و بر لزوم جبران خسارت تمامی افرادی که در این حملات آسیب دیده‌اند تاکید کرده است.
