According to information provided to Manoto by some Iranian citizens, despite having valid residency and flight permits, they were prevented from entering Dubai upon arrival. [I also received many messages.]

According to these Iranians, they have been stranded at Dubai airport for hours, and airport officials have told them that there is no solution and they must return on the next flight.

بر اساس اطلاعاتی که برخی شهروندان ایرانی در اختیار منوتو قرار داده‌اند، با وجود فعال بودن اقامت و دریافت اجازه پرواز، پس از رسیدن به دبی، از ورود آنها جلوگیری شده است. [من هم پیام‌های زیادی گرفتم.]

به گفته این شهروندان، این تصمیم ارتباطی به وضعیت ویزا ندارد و صرفا به دلیل ایرانی بودن مسافران گرفته شده است.

به گفته این ایرانیان، آنها از ساعت‌ها پیش در فرودگاه دبی سرگردان مانده‌اند و مقام‌های فرودگاهی به آن‌ها گفته‌اند هیچ راه‌حلی وجود ندارد و باید با پرواز بعدی بازگردند.

این ایرانی‌ها همچنین گفته اند حتی برخی افراد با تابعیت ایرانی اما با گذرنامه غیرایرانی هم دچار مشکل شده‌اند.
