Donald Trump, the President of the United States, on Tuesday, April 1, criticized the "inaction" of America's allies, especially Britain, in the war against the Islamic Republic, stating that if they want oil, they should go and get it themselves from the Strait of Hormuz.

In this message, Trump wrote: "All those countries that cannot receive jet fuel due to the Strait of Hormuz, like Britain which refrained from participating in the 'removal of Iran's leadership,' I have a suggestion for you:
First: Buy from America; we have enough.
Second, with some delay, show a little courage, go to the Strait, and seize it.
You need to learn to defend yourselves; America will no longer be there to help you, just as you were not there for us.
Iran is practically destroyed. The hard part is done; go get your oil!"

Donald Trump, the President of the United States, in an interview with the New York Post published on Tuesday, stated that he is currently not thinking about reopening the Strait of Hormuz and that his main focus is on preventing the Islamic Republic from acquiring nuclear weapons.
In this interview, Trump said: "To be honest, I’m not thinking about that. My main duty was to ensure they do not get nuclear weapons, and they won’t. When we [leave], the Strait will automatically open."

These remarks were made in response to a recent Wall Street Journal report claiming that the President is considering an option to end the war with Iran without insisting on the immediate reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. According to the newspaper's report, Trump has decided that the United States should first achieve its main objectives of grounding Iran's navy and missile stockpiles, and then, by reducing military conflicts, pressure Tehran through diplomatic means to restore the free flow of trade.

دونالد ترامپ، رئیس جمهوری آمریکا روز سه‌شنبه ۱۱ فروردین ماه با انتشار پیامی در تروث سوشال، بار دیگر از «بی‌عملی» همپیمانان آمریکا و به‌ویژه بریتانیا، در جنگ با جمهوری اسلامی به‌شدت انتقاد کرد و گفت اگر آن‌ها نفت می‌خواهند، خودشان بروند و آن را از تنگه هرمز بیاورند.

ترامپ در این پیام نوشت:‌ «تمام آن کشورهایی که به‌دلیل تنگه هرمز نمی‌توانند سوخت [هواپیمای] جت دریافت کنند، مثل بریتانیا که از مشارکت در «حذف رهبری» ایران خودداری کرد، یک پیشنهاد برای شما دارم:
اولا: از آمریکا خرید کنید؛ ما به‌اندازه کافی داریم.
 دوم، با تاخیر، کمی شجاعت به خرج دهید، به تنگه بروید و آن را تصاحب کنید.
باید یاد بگیرید از خودتان دفاع کنید؛ آمریکا دیگر برای کمک به شما آنجا نخواهد بود، همان‌طور که شما برای ما نبودید.

دونالد ترامپ، رئیس‌جمهوری ایالات متحده در مصاحبه‌ای با نشریه نیویورک پست که روز سه‌شنبه منتشر شد، اعلام کرد که در حال حاضر به موضوع بازگشایی تنگه هرمز فکر نمی‌کند و تمرکز اصلی او بر جلوگیری از دستیابی جمهوری اسلامی به سلاح هسته‌ای است.
ترامپ در این مصاحبه گفت: «صادقانه بگویم، من به این موضوع فکر نمی‌کنم. وظیفه اصلی من این بود که اطمینان حاصل کنم آن‌ها به سلاح هسته‌ای دست پیدا نمی‌کنند و نخواهند کرد. زمانی که ما [عملیات را] ترک کنیم، تنگه به‌طور خودکار باز خواهد شد.»

این اظهارات در پاسخ به گزارش اخیر وال‌استریت ژورنال مطرح شد که مدعی شده بود رئیس‌جمهور در حال بررسی گزینه‌ای برای پایان دادن به جنگ با ایران، بدون اصرار بر بازگشایی فوری تنگه هرمز است. بر اساس گزارش این روزنامه، ترامپ تصمیم گرفته است که ایالات متحده ابتدا به اهداف اصلی خود یعنی زمین‌گیر کردن نیروی دریایی و ذخایر موشکی ایران دست یابد و سپس با کاهش درگیری‌های نظامی، از طریق فشارهای دیپلماتیک تهران را برای برقراری مجدد جریان آزاد تجارت تحت فشار بگذارد.

دونالد ترامپ روز سه‌شنبه ۱۱ فروردین در شبکه اجتماعی خود، تروث‌سوشال، نوشت: «فرانسه اجازه نداد هواپیماهایی که به مقصد اسرائیل و حامل تجهیزات نظامی بودند، از حریم هوایی این کشور عبور کنند».
او افزود: «فرانسه در رابطه با "قصاب ایران" که با موفقیت از میان برداشته شد، عدم همکاری زیادی از خود نشان داد! ایالات متحده این موضوع را به خاطر خواهد سپرد!!!»
