The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic says that Israel has bombed pharmaceutical companies and threatened that Iran's armed forces will "severely punish the aggressors."
Abbas Araghchi wrote on Tuesday, April 1, in a post on X, introducing Israeli leaders as "war criminals," stating that they "are now openly and blatantly bombing pharmaceutical companies. Their intentions are completely clear."
He added: "What they have miscalculated is that they are not dealing with defenseless Palestinian citizens. Our powerful armed forces will severely punish the aggressors."
Mr. Araghchi's post is a reaction to the bombing of the "Tavvigh Daru Research and Engineering Company," affiliated with the Social Security Organization, which Iran claims "produced medications for cancer patients."

وزیر خارجه جمهوری اسلامی می‌گوید اسرائیل شرکت‌های داروسازی را بمباران کرده است و تهدید کرد که نیروهای مسلح ایران «متجاوزان را به‌شدت مجازات خواهد کرد».
عباس عراقچی روز سه‌شنبه ۱۱ فروردین در پستی در شبکهٔ ایکس با معرفی رهبران اسرائیل به عنوان «جنایتکاران جنگی»، نوشت که آن‌ها «اکنون آشکارا و بی‌پرده شرکت‌های داروسازی را بمباران می‌کنند. نیت آن‌ها کاملاً روشن است».
او افزود: «آنچه اشتباه محاسبه کرده‌اند این است که با شهروندان بی‌دفاع فلسطین طرف نیستند. نیروهای مسلح قدرتمند ما متجاوزان را به‌شدت مجازات خواهند کرد».
پست آقای عراقچی واکنشی است به بمباران «شرکت تحقیقاتی، مهندسی توفیق دارو» وابسته به سازمان تأمین اجتماعی، که ایران می‌گوید «داروهای بیماران سرطانی را تولید می‌کرد».
