Donald Trump announced in a speech at the White House that the U.S. will soon exit the war in Iran. Trump stated that the U.S. withdrawal from the war will likely take place within the next two to three weeks. The U.S. President added, "We want to completely incapacitate everything they have before that. Now, we might even reach an agreement before then."

Donald Trump, who is currently speaking with reporters at the White House, said that the war with Iran could end within two weeks or even in a day or two more.

He stated that his goal has never been regime change in Iran, but rather preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, which, according to Mr. Trump, has now been achieved.

The U.S. President also mentioned earlier in a conversation with NBC that one month after the war began, the United States "severely destroyed the Iranian army" and highlighted a new leadership in the country that he described as "much more rational" and less "extremist" than the previous leadership.
He added, "We are performing very well" and emphasized that this war "is coming to an end."

دونالد ترامپ که هم اکنون در کاخ سفید با خبرنگاران گفتگو می‌کند گفت جنگ با ایران می‌تواند ظرف دو هفته یا یکی-دو روز بیشتر تمام شود.

او گفت هدف او هیچ گاه تغییر رژیم در ایران نبوده و هدف اصلی او عدم دستیابی ایران به سلاح هسته‌ای بوده که به گفته آقای ترامپ اکنون حاصل شده است.

رئیس جمهور آمریکا ساعتی پیش هم در گفتگو با ان‌بی‌سی گفته بود یک ماه پس از آغاز جنگ، ایالات متحده «ارتش ایران را به‌شدت نابود کرده» و رهبری جدیدی را در این کشور برجسته کرده که به گفته او «بسیار منطقی‌تر» و کمتر «افراطی» از رهبری قبلی است.
او افزود: «ما عملکرد بسیار خوبی داریم» و تأکید کرد که این جنگ «در حال پایان یافتن است».
