The U.S. State Department announced the arrest and revocation of permanent residency for two family members of Qassem Soleimani, the former commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. The department stated that Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were arrested by federal agents following the revocation of their permanent residency status at the direction of Marco Rubio, and they are currently in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

Hamideh Soleimani Afshar is a niece or sister-in-law of Qassem Soleimani.

In a statement, the U.S. State Department noted that according to media reports and comments posted on her own social media, Soleimani Afshar is a "vocal supporter of the Iranian totalitarian and terrorist regime."

The statement added that Soleimani Afshar has praised attacks against U.S. soldiers and military facilities in the Middle East, admired Mojtaba Khamenei, referred to the U.S. as the "Great Satan," and supported the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which is listed as a "terrorist" organization. Posts published on her now-deleted Instagram account were mentioned, indicating that she lived a lavish life in Los Angeles. In addition to the revocation of Soleimani's permanent residency, her husband has also been banned from entering the U.S.

Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, announced the details of the revocation of residency and the arrest of Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter in a message on the social media platform X.

Rubio pointed out that they had previously lived a lavish life in the U.S. with permanent residency (green cards), identifying Afshar as a vocal supporter of the Islamic Republic who has celebrated attacks against Americans and referred to the United States as the "Great Satan."

The Secretary of State of the Trump administration emphasized that the legal status of these two individuals has been revoked and they are currently in ICE custody awaiting deportation. He stated, "The Trump administration will not allow America to become a home for foreign nationals who support terrorist and anti-American regimes."

🔄: Narjes Soleimani, daughter of Qassem Soleimani, the former commander of the Quds Force, has denied any familial relationship with Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter, who were arrested by the U.S. due to their connection. The Jamaran news agency published a statement from Ms. Soleimani in which she wrote that the attribution of the arrested individual in the U.S. is "incredible... because both of her nieces are male, not female." She further emphasized that "to this day, no one from the family and relatives of martyr Soleimani has resided or resides in the U.S."

The U.S. State Department announced that Marco Rubio, the U.S. Secretary of State, revoked the legal status of Fatemeh Larijani, daughter of Ali Larijani, the former Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic, and her husband Kalanter Motamedi earlier this month.

According to the department, Larijani and Motamedi are no longer present in the U.S. and have been banned from re-entering in the future.

وزارت خارجه آمریکا از بازداشت و لغو اقامت دائم دو عضو خانواده قاسم سلیمانی، فرمانده پیشین نیروی قدس سپاه پاسداران، خبر داد. این وزارتخانه اعلام کرد که حمیده سلیمانی افشار و دخترش پس از لغو وضعیت اقامت دائم به دستور مارکو روبیو، از سوی ماموران فدرال بازداشت شدند و اکنون در بازداشت اداره مهاجرت قرار دارند.

حمیده سلیمانی افشار، برادرزاده یا خواهرزاده قاسم سلیمانی بوده است.

در بیانیه وزارت خارجه آمریکا آمده است که بنا بر گزارش‌های رسانه‌ای و اظهارنظرهای منتشرشده در شبکه‌های اجتماعی خود او، سلیمانی افشار از حامیان «صریح حکومت تمامیت‌خواه و تروریستی ایران» است.

این بیانیه افزود که سلیمانی افشار حملات علیه سربازان و تاسیسات نظامی آمریکا در خاورمیانه را ستایش کرده، مجتبی خامنه‌ای را تحسین کرده، آمریکا را «شیطان بزرگ» نامیده و از سپاه پاسداران که در فهرست سازمان‌های «تروریستی» قرار دارد، حمایت کرده است.
پست‌های منتشرشده در حساب اینستاگرام او که به‌تازگی حذف شده اشاره شده و گفته شده است که وی در لس‌آنجلس زندگی مجللی داشته است.
علاوه بر لغو اقامت دائم سلیمانی، همسر او نیز از ورود آمریکا منع شده است.

مارکو روبیو، وزیر امور خارجه ایالات متحده، با انتشار پیامی در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس، جزئیات ابطال اقامت و بازداشت حمیده سلیمانی افشار و دخترش را اعلام کرد.

روبیو با اشاره به اینکه آن‌ها تا پیش از این با داشتن اقامت دائم (گرین‌کارت)، زندگی مجللی در آمریکا داشتند، افشار را حامی صریح جمهوری اسلامی معرفی کرد که حملات علیه آمریکایی‌ها را جشن گرفته و از ایالات متحده با عنوان «شیطان بزرگ» یاد کرده است.

وزیر امور خارجه دولت ترامپ تاکید کرد که وضعیت قانونی این دو نفر ابطال شده و آن‌ها هم‌اکنون در بازداشت اداره مهاجرت (ICE) در انتظار اخراج از کشور هستند. او تصریح کرد: «دولت ترامپ اجازه نخواهد داد آمریکا به خانه‌ای برای اتباع بیگانه مدافع رژیم‌های تروریستی و ضدآمریکایی تبدیل شود.»

🔄: نرجس سلیمانی، دختر قاسم سلیمانی، فرمانده پیشین سپاه قدس، داشتن نسبت خانوادگی با حمیده سلیمانی افشار و دخترش که آمریکا آنها را به خاطر نسبت با آنها دستگیر کرده، تکذیب کرده است.
پایگاه خبری جماران متنی از سوی خانم سلیمانی منتشر کرده که در آن او نوشته انتساب فرد دستگیر شده در آمریکا «قابل باور ... نیست، چون اساسا هر دو خواهر زاده ایشان آقا هستند، نه خانم.»
او در ادامه تاکید کرده که «تا امروز کسی از خانواده و بستگان شهید سلیمانی در آمریکا سکونت نداشته و ندارد.»

وزارت خارجه آمریکا اعلام کرد مارکو روبیو، وزیر خارجه آمریکا، اوایل ماه جاری میلادی وضعیت قانونی فاطمه لاریجانی، دختر علی لاریجانی، دبیر پیشین شورای عالی امنیت ملی جمهوری اسلامی، و همسرش کلانتر معتمدی را لغو کرده است.

به گفته این وزارتخانه، لاریجانی و معتمدی دیگر در آمریکا حضور ندارند و از ورود مجدد در آینده منع شده‌اند.
