Published images with captions about Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, an American pilot, and a received message whose accuracy I am unsure of:

There is a conflict in Dehdasht and Lordegan [in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari], and in Falarad.
A lot of helicopters and fighter jets have come.
Four members of the IRGC were killed in the Black Mountain of Dehdasht.
The fire [...] in these areas is heavy, and several operations have been carried out in the Black Mountain.

Government sources also reported: 'The Dehdasht telecommunications tower was attacked by Israel and the U.S.' and mentioned several casualties.

Regarding the gatherings, they say it is related to the hospital.

منابع حکومتی هم نوشتند: 'دکل مخابراتی دهدشت مورد حمله اسرائیل و آمریکا قرار گرفت' و از چند کشته خبر دادند.
