The Mizan news agency, affiliated with the judiciary, announced that the death sentence of Ali Fahim, one of the detained protesters from January and the fourth defendant in the case of the fire at the Basij base in Kaveh, has been carried out.

Previously, the death sentences of Amirhossein Hatami, Mohammad Amin Beiglari, and Shahin Vahidparast, three other defendants in this case, had been executed.

The case of these protesters relates to the fire at the Basij base 185 "Martyr Mahmoud Kaveh" in eastern Tehran on the evening of January 8, which led to the arrest of seven individuals, all of whom were sentenced to death on charges of "moharebeh" (waging war against God).

According to the report from the Mizan news agency, in addition to the death penalty, he was also sentenced to "confiscation of property."

Mohammad Amin Beiglari and Shahin Vahidparast, two other detainees in this case, were executed on Sunday, and another individual, Abolfazl Salehi Siyavashani, is still at risk of execution.

No information has been released regarding the interrogation process, the defense attorney's arguments, or the manner of this citizen's defense in court.

Despite international protests against the accelerating execution machine of the Islamic Republic, the judiciary has recently been executing political prisoners on a daily basis.

خبرگزاری میزان، وابسته به قوه قضاییه اعلام کرد حکم اعدام علی فهیم، از معترضان بازداشتی دی‌ماه و چهارمین متهم پرونده آتش‌سوزی پایگاه بسیج کاوه، اجرا شده است.
پیش‌تر حکم اعدام امیرحسین حاتمی، محمدامین بیگلری و شاهین واحدپرست، سه تن دیگر از متهمان این پرونده اجرا شده بود.
پرونده این معترضان به آتش‌سوزی پایگاه بسیج ۱۸۵ «شهید محمود کاوه» در شرق تهران در شامگاه ۱۸ دی مربوط بود که در پی آن هفت نفر بازداشت و همگی به اتهام «محاربه» به اعدام محکوم شدند.

بر اساس گزارش خبرگزاری میزان وابسته به قوه قضاییه او علاوه بر اعدام به «مصادره اموال» نیز محکوم شده بود.
محمدامین بیگلری و شاهین واحدپرست، دو بازداشت شده دیگر در این پرونده، روز یکشنبه اعدام شده بودند و یک تن دیگر، ابوالفضل صالحی سیاوشانی هنوز در خطر اعدام است.

از چگونگی بازجویی، دفاع وکیل و نحوه دفاعیات این شهروند در دادگاه اطلاعاتی منتشر نشده است.
با وجود اعتراض‌های بین‌المللی نسبت به سرعت گرفتن ماشین اعدام جمهوری اسلامی، قوه قضاییه در روزهای اخیر به طور روزانه اقدام به اعدام زندانیان سیاسی کرده است.
