Ghalibaf: After 3 key violations of the agreed framework, a ceasefire and negotiations are meaningless

Ghalibaf's Telegram channel published the following Persian text along with a screenshot of his tweet in English:
"After 3 key violations of the agreed framework, a ceasefire and negotiations are meaningless | The invasion of Lebanon, the violation of Iranian airspace, and the denial of the right to enrichment are violations of three key clauses of the agreed framework.

🔖 Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf, the Speaker of the Parliament, wrote in a statement regarding the violation of three key clauses of Iran's ten-point plan (the agreed framework) before the start of negotiations on X network:

📌From the very beginning, we have been following the ongoing process with distrust, and as predicted, the United States has once again violated its commitments before the start of negotiations.

📌As the President of the United States has explicitly stated, the ten-point plan of the Islamic Republic of Iran is considered the basis and workable framework for these discussions. However, up to this moment, three clauses of this proposal have been violated:

1️⃣ Non-compliance with the first clause of the ten-point plan regarding the ceasefire in Lebanon — a commitment that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has also explicitly referred to, declaring it as an "immediate ceasefire everywhere, including Lebanon and other areas, effective immediately";

2️⃣ The entry of an invading drone into Iranian airspace, which was destroyed in the city of Lar in Fars province, is a clear violation of the clause prohibiting any further incursions into Iranian airspace;

3️⃣ The denial of the acceptance of Iran's right to enrichment, which was the sixth clause of this framework.

Now, even the "basic framework for negotiation" has had three of its key clauses publicly and openly violated before the start of negotiations.

📌In such circumstances, neither a mutual ceasefire has any meaning nor do negotiations."

"پس از ۳ نقض کلیدی چارچوب مورد توافق، آتش‌بس و مذاکره بی‌معناست| تهاجم به لبنان، تجاوز به آسمان ایران و انکار حق غنی‌سازی، نقض سه بند کلیدی چارچوب مورد توافق است

🔖محمدباقر قالیباف، رئیس مجلس در بیانیه‌ای درباره نقض سه بند کلیدی از طرح ده‌بندی ایران (چارچوب مورد توافق) پیش از آغاز مذاکرات در شبکه ایکس نوشت:

📌از همان ابتدا، ما روند جاری را با بی‌اعتمادی دنبال می‌کردیم و همان‌طور که پیش‌بینی می‌شد، ایالات متحده آمریکا این بار نیز پیش از آغاز مذاکرات، تعهدات خود را نقض کرد.

📌همان‌گونه که رئیس‌جمهور ایالات متحده صراحتاً اعلام کرده است، طرح ده‌بندی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، پایه و چارچوب مبنای قابل کار و چارچوب پایه‌ای برای این گفتگوها محسوب می‌شود. با این حال، تا این لحظه سه بند از این پیشنهاد نقض شده است:

1️⃣ عدم پایبندی به بند اول طرح ده‌بندی در خصوص آتش‌بس لبنان — تعهدی که نخست‌وزیر شهباز شریف نیز صراحتاً به آن اشاره کرده و آن را «آتش‌بس فوری در همه‌جا از جمله لبنان و سایر مناطق، مؤثر بلافاصله» اعلام نموده است؛

2️⃣ ورود پهپاد متجاوز به آسمان ایران که در شهر لار در استان فارس منهدم شد و نقض آشکار بند ممنوعیت هرگونه تجاوز مجدد به حریم هوایی ایران است؛

3️⃣ انکار پذیرش حق غنی‌سازی ایران، که بند ششم این چارچوب بود.

اکنون همان «چارچوب پایه‌ای برای مذاکره» نیز حتی پیش از آغاز مذاکرات، سه بند کلیدی آن به صورت علنی و آشکار نقض شده است.

📌در چنین شرایطی، نه آتش‌بس دوطرفه معنایی دارد و نه مذاکرات."
