Iranian media on Thursday published a written message attributed to Mojtaba Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Republic, without showing any audio or video of him, in which he emphasized the imposition of restrictions on the Strait of Hormuz and Iran's demand for "compensation."
The statement said, "We will definitely bring the management of the Strait of Hormuz into a new phase and will demand compensation for each damage inflicted and the blood price of the martyrs and the blood money for the veterans of this war."
Since the beginning of the war with the United States and Israel, Iran has prevented the free movement of ships in the Strait of Hormuz and has stated that it will establish a new legal system for charging ships.
Mojtaba Khamenei also implicitly warned Iran's southern neighbors to "see correctly and understand correctly and stand in the right place and be wary of the false promises of the wicked devils," according to the statement.
These countries have been asked to see Iran's "brotherhood and goodwill" in exchange for showing an "appropriate reaction."

In this text, he referred to his father with titles such as "Father of the Iranian Nation" and "Leader of the Right-Seeking in the Present Era."
In this message, he described his father's 37-year leadership as a path of "selflessness and sincere struggle," during which the Islamic Republic transformed from a damaged sapling into a "pure tree" with regional and global influence.
Mojtaba Khamenei claimed that after his father's death, the hearts of people with various tendencies have come closer together, and everyone has gathered under the flag of the Islamic Republic.

رسانه‌های ایران پنج‌شنبه متن پیامی مکتوب منتسب به مجتبی خامنه‌ای، رهبر جمهوری اسلامی، را بدون نمایش صدا و ویدئویی از او منتشر کردند که در آن دربارهٔ اعمال محدودیت بر تنگه هرمز و دریافت «غرامت» توسط ایران تأکید شده است.
در این بیانیه گفته شده است که «حتماً مدیریت تنگه هرمز را به مرحله جدیدی وارد خواهیم نمود و غرامت تک تک صدمات وارد شده و خون‌بهای شهیدان و دیه جانبازان این جنگ را طلب خواهیم کرد.»
ایران از زمان آغاز جنگ با آمریکا و اسرائیل، مانع از رفت‌وآمد آزادانه کشتی‌ها در تنگه هرمز شده و گفته است نظام حقوقی تازه‌ای درگرفتن هزینه از کشتی‌ها وضع خواهد نمود.
مجتبی خامنه‌ای همچنین به همسایگان جنوبی ایران به صورت ضمنی هشدار داد تا به نوشته این بیانیه «درست ببینید و درست درک کنید و در جای درست بایستید و به وعده‌های دروغین شیاطین بدگمان باشید.»

مجتبی خامنه‌ای در پیامی که به مناسبت چهلمین روز از کشته شدن رهبر پیشین جمهوری اسلامی منتشر شد، به همسایگان جنوبی ایران، اعلام کرد که تهران حتما «غرامت خسارات وارد شده و خون‌بهای کشته‌شدگان» جنگی که آن را «جنگ تحمیلی سوم» خواند را طلب خواهد کرد. او در این پیام تاکید کرد که مدیریت تنگه هرمز به مرحله جدیدی وارد خواهد شد و جمهوری اسلامی از حقوق خود در «کل جبهه مقاومت» عقب‌نشینی نخواهد کرد.
رهبر سوم جمهوری اسلامی خطاب به کشورهای منطقه گفت که نباید به «وعده‌های دروغین شیاطین» دل ببندند و تهران همچنان منتظر واکنش مناسب آن‌ها برای اثبات برادری است.
مجتبی خامنه‌ای همچنین با اشاره به مذاکرات پیش‌رو، تاکید کرد که «فریادهای مردم در میادین» بر نتیجه گفتگوها موثر خواهد بود و عزم برای انتقام خون علی خامنه‌ای و دیگر جان‌باختگان جنگ، به عنوان یک اولویت قاطع در روح و قلب هواداران نظام زنده باقی خواهد ماند.

مجتبی خامنه‌ای، روز پنجشنبه ۲۰ فروردین، به مناسبت چهلمین روز درگذشت علی خامنه‌ای بار دیگر به انتشار پیامی کتبی بسنده کرد و تصویر یا صدایی از او منتشر نشد.
او در این متن، از پدرش با عناوینی همچون «پدر ملت ایران» و «پیشوای حق‌طلبان در عصر حاضر» یاد کرد.
او در این پیام، دوران ۳۷ ساله رهبری پدرش را مسیری از «ایثار و مجاهدت خالصانه» توصیف کرد که در آن، نظام جمهوری اسلامی از نهالی آسیب‌دیده به «شجره‌ای طیبه» با نفوذ منطقه‌ای و جهانی تبدیل شده است.
