Domestic media in Iran reported early on Friday, April 21, 1405, that "Kamāl Kharrazi," former Foreign Minister and head of the Strategic Council on Foreign Relations of Iran, who was injured a few days ago during the Israeli Air Force attacks on Tehran, has died due to the severity of his injuries.
Kamāl Kharrazi's wife was killed on the same day, but he himself was severely injured.

رسانههای داخلی در ایران بامداد جمعه ۲۱ فروردین ۱۴۰۵ خبر دادند که «کمال خرازی»، وزیر امور خارجه سابق و رییس شورای راهبردی روابط خارجی ایران که چند روز پیش در جریان حملات هوایی ارتش اسراییل به تهران زخمی شده بود، بر اثر شدت جراحات درگذشت.
همسر کمال خرازی در همان روز کشته شده اما خودش به شدت مجروح شده بود.
