The Defense Minister of Pakistan deleted his controversial post on the social media platform X, in which he referred to Israel as a "cancer" and "a curse for humanity."
Just hours earlier, he had written in this post: "Israel is evil and a curse for humanity; while peace talks are ongoing in Islamabad, genocide is occurring in Lebanon. Innocent civilians are being killed by Israel; first Gaza, then Iran, and now Lebanon, and the bloodshed continues unabated."
The Defense Minister of Pakistan also added: "I hope and pray that those who created this cancerous government over the land of Palestinians to free themselves from European Jews burn in hell."
The deletion of this post came after widespread reactions to his remarks.

وزیر دفاع پاکستان پست جنجالی خود در شبکه اجتماعی ایکس را که در آن اسرائیل را «سرطان» و «نفرینی برای بشریت» خوانده بود، حذف کرد.
او ساعاتی پیش در این پست نوشته بود: «اسرائیل شر است و نفرینی برای بشریت؛ در حالی که گفت‌وگوهای صلح در اسلام‌آباد در جریان است، در لبنان نسل‌کشی در حال وقوع است. غیرنظامیان بی‌گناه به دست اسرائیل کشته می‌شوند؛ ابتدا غزه، سپس ایران و اکنون لبنان، و خون‌ریزی بدون وقفه ادامه دارد.»
وزیر دفاع پاکستان همچنین افزوده بود: «امیدوارم و دعا می‌کنم کسانی که این دولت سرطانی را بر سرزمین فلسطینیان برای رهایی از یهودیان اروپایی ایجاد کردند، در جهنم بسوزند.»
حذف این پست پس از واکنش‌های گسترده به اظهارات او صورت گرفت.
