The Wall Street Journal, citing two informed American officials, reported that the United States presented "a set of clear red lines" as main conditions during negotiations between Islamabad and Iran.
According to the report, one of the most important of these conditions is the complete cessation of uranium enrichment by Iran. The U.S. has also demanded the dismantling of all major enrichment facilities and the retrieval of high-enriched materials.
The report adds that Washington is also seeking the full reopening of the Strait of Hormuz without any fees for the passage of ships and has emphasized the need for a broader agreement involving regional allies.
In another part of these conditions, the U.S. has asked Iran to stop financial support for proxy groups, including Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Houthis in Yemen.
According to the Wall Street Journal, these demands have been presented as America's red lines in the negotiations and reflect a tougher approach towards Tehran.

روزنامه والاستریت جورنال به نقل از دو مقام آمریکایی آگاه گزارش داد که ایالات متحده در جریان مذاکرات اسلامآباد با ایران، «مجموعهای از خطوط قرمز مشخص» را بهعنوان شروط اصلی مطرح کرد.
بر اساس این گزارش، یکی از مهمترین این شروط، پایان کامل غنیسازی اورانیوم از سوی ایران است. همچنین آمریکا خواستار برچیده شدن تمامی تأسیسات اصلی غنیسازی و بازپسگیری مواد با غنای بالا شده است.
این گزارش میافزاید که واشینگتن همچنین خواهان بازگشایی کامل تنگه هرمز بدون دریافت هرگونه عوارض برای عبور کشتیها شده و بر دستیابی به یک توافق گستردهتر با مشارکت متحدان منطقهای تأکید کرده است.
در بخش دیگری از این شروط، آمریکا از ایران خواسته است که حمایت مالی از گروههای نیابتی، از جمله حزبالله در لبنان و حوثیها در یمن را متوقف کند.
