Donald Trump, the President of the United States, wrote on his social media:
"The Iranian Navy is now at the bottom of the sea and completely destroyed; 158 vessels. What we haven't targeted is a limited number of what they call 'fast attack boats' because we did not consider them a serious threat.
Warning: If any of these vessels approach our blockade, they will be destroyed immediately; in the same way we deal with drug traffickers at sea. This method is quick and ruthless."

هشدار: اگر هر یک از این شناورها به محدوده محاصره ما نزدیک شوند، فوراً نابود خواهند شد؛ با همان شیوهای که برای مقابله با قاچاقچیان مواد مخدر در دریا استفاده میکنیم. این روش سریع و بیرحمانه است.»
