At the same time as economic pressures in Iran are increasing and warnings about negative economic growth are being issued, Fatemeh Mohajerani, spokesperson for the government of Pezeshkian, announced an initial estimate of the damages caused by the war with the United States to be $270 billion, but stated that this figure is not final.

In an interview with a Russian media outlet, Mohajerani claimed that one of the issues being pursued in negotiations with the U.S. is compensation.

همزمان با افزایش فشارهای اقتصادی در ایران و هشدارها نسبت به منفی شدن رشد اقتصادی، فاطمه مهاجرانی، سخنگوی دولت پزشکیان، برآورد اولیه خسارت ناشی از جنگ با آمریکا را ۲۷۰ میلیارد دلار اعلام کرد اما گفت که این عدد نهایی نیست.

مهاجرانی در گفتگو با یک رسانه روسی مدعی شده یکی از موضوعاتی که در مذاکره با آمریکا پیگیری می‌شود دریافت غرامت است.

این میزان خسارت در حالی اعلام می‌شود که آمارهای پژوهشکده پولی و بانکی نشان می‌دهد رشد اقتصادی از اردیبهشت سال گذشته تا دی‌ماه نزولی بوده و به مرز صفر رسیده است.

اکو ایران با اشاره به این شرایط نوشته این روند نزولی در حالی اتفاق افتاده که هنوز اثر اعتراضات دی‌ماه و وقوع جنگ با آمریکا و اسرائیل خود را در شاخص‌ها نشان نداده و برای مشخص شدن عمق واقعی بحران باید منتظر آمارهای بهمن و اسفند ۱۴۰۴ و فروردین ۱۴۰۵ بود.

پیش از جنگ، مسعود پزشکیان گفته بود که دستیابی به رشد ۸ درصدی به بیش از ۱۰۰ میلیارد دلار سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی و ۱۵۰ میلیارد دلار سرمایه‌گذاری داخلی نیاز دارد.
