In the past half hour, I've received a lot of messages from West Tehran about the sound of several planes flying. According to some of those messages: they took off from Mehrabad Airport in Tehran. It seems there were two or three small planes and two fighter jets. One person also wrote: after the planes left, a large convoy of ceremonial vehicles with flashing lights moved along the runway. They sent a video, but it wasn't clear from a distance.

Update:
20 minutes after this post, which is about an hour after the sounds were heard:
"The public relations office of the army told the IRIB news agency: A few minutes ago, two F-4 fighter jets and one MiG-29 fighter jet of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force took off for their assigned missions according to the flight plan."

🔄 Update:
Fars News Agency, close to the Revolutionary Guards, announced on Saturday night, April 28, that a Pakistani political delegation that had traveled to Iran left Tehran accompanied by fighter jets of the Islamic Republic.

در نیم‌ساعت گذشته کلی پیام گرفتم از غرب تهران درباره شنیده شدن صدای پرواز چند هواپیما
بنا بر بعضی از همون پیام‌های دریافتی:‌ از فرودگاه مهرآباد تهران بلند شده‌اند.
گویا دو یا سه هواپیمای کوچک بودند و دو تا جنگنده.
یکی هم نوشته بود: بعد از رفتن هواپیما یه کاروان بزرگی از ماشین تشریفات هم با چراغ گردون رو باند حرکت کردند.
ویدیوش رو هم فرستاد ولی از دور واضح نبود.

۲۰ دقیقه بعد از این پست یعنی حدود یک ساعت پس از شنیده شدن صداها:
"روابط عمومی ارتش به خبرگزاری صداوسیما گفت:
دقایقی پیش دو جنگنده اف ۴ و یک جنگنده میگ ۲۹ نیروی هوایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای انجام مأموریت‌های محوله و مطابق برنامه پروازی به پرواز درآمدند."

🔄آپدیت:
خبرگزاری فارس، نزدیک به سپاه پاسداران، جمعه‌شب، ۲۸ فروردین اعلام کرد که هیات سیاسی پاکستان که به ایران سفر کرده بودند، با همراهی جنگنده‌های جمهوری اسلامی تهران را
ترک کردند.
