Donald Trump, the President of the United States, spoke on Monday evening Washington time, shortly before the end of the ceasefire with the Islamic Republic of Iran, in an interview with "John Fredericks' Radio Show" following Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf's statements.
The host of the program asked the President, "What is your final message to Iran today? They say they might not negotiate, they might not go to Pakistan, they have also fired at a ship. What is your message to the Iranian regime?"
Mr. Trump responded, "Well, they will negotiate."
Donald Trump stated that if the officials of the Islamic Republic do not negotiate, "they will face problems they have never seen before. They will negotiate, and I hope they reach a fair agreement and rebuild their country... but during that process, they will not have nuclear weapons."
He emphasized that "they will have no access and no possibility of obtaining nuclear weapons."

دونالد ترامپ، رئیسجمهوری آمریکا در مهلت کمی که به پایان آتشبس با جمهوری اسلامی ایران باقی مانده، عصر دوشنبه به وقت واشینگتن و پس از اظهارات محمدباقر قالیباف، با «شوی رادیویی جان فردریکز» در مورد ایران گفتوگو کرد.
مجری این برنامه از رئیسجمهوری آمریکا پرسید که «پیام نهایی شما امروز به ایران چیست؟ آنها میگویند ممکن است مذاکره نکنند، ممکن است به پاکستان نروند، به یک کشتی هم شلیک کردهاند. پیام شما به رژیم ایران چیست؟»
آقای ترامپ در پاسخ گفت: «خب، آنها مذاکره خواهند کرد.»
دونالد ترامپ گفت اگر مقامات جمهوری اسلامی مذاکره نکنند، «با مشکلاتی روبهرو میشوند که هرگز پیش از این ندیدهاند. آنها مذاکره خواهند کرد و امیدوارم به یک توافق منصفانه برسند و کشورشان را دوباره بسازند… اما در جریان آن کار هم، سلاح هستهای نخواهند داشت.»
او تأکید کرد که «آنها هیچ دسترسی و هیچ امکانی برای دستیابی به سلاح هستهای نخواهند داشت.»
