The Committee for Following Up on the Status of Detainees announced that it has learned that the death sentences for Ehsan Hosseini-Pour Hasarlu, Matin Mohammadi, and Erfan Amiri, three citizens aged 17 and 18 who were arrested during the protests in December 2024, have been "confirmed and sent for execution" by the Supreme Court.
Ehsan Hosseini-Pour Hasarlu, Matin Mohammadi, and Erfan Amiri were arrested in connection with the fire at the Pakdasht Mosque.
In this case, they faced charges in the Tehran Revolutionary Court, including "acting against internal security," "gathering and colluding against national security," "participation in the murder of two individuals," "arson of the Seyyed al-Shuhada Mosque in Pakdasht," and "destruction of public property."

کمیته پیگیری وضعیت بازداشتشدگان اعلام کرد که باخبر شده احکام اعدام احسان حسینیپور حصارلو، متین محمدی و عرفان امیری، سه شهروند ۱۷ و ۱۸ ساله که در جریان اعتراضات دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ بازداشت شده بودند، در دیوان عالی کشور «تأیید و به اجرای احکام ارسال شده است».
احسان حسینیپور حصارلو، متین محمدی و عرفان امیری در پرونده مرتبط به آتشسوزی مسجد پاکدشت بازداشت شدند.
آنها در این پرونده در دادگاه انقلاب تهران با اتهاماتی از جمله «اقدام علیه امنیت داخلی»، «اجتماع و تبانی علیه امنیت کشور»، «مشارکت در قتل دو نفر»، «تحریق عمدی مسجد سیدالشهدا در پاکدشت» و «تخریب اموال عمومی» مواجه شده بودند.
