The Islamic Republic's government news agency, IRNA, has reported that Abbas Araghchi will begin a tour to Islamabad, Muscat, and Moscow starting the evening of Friday, April 23.

The purpose of the Islamic Republic's Foreign Minister's trip is described as "bilateral consultations, discussions, and talks about current developments in the region."

At the same time, Reuters reported, citing three Pakistani sources, that peace talks between Iran and the United States may soon resume in Pakistan.

A Pakistani government source told Reuters that Abbas Araghchi is expected to "arrive in Islamabad on Friday evening."

According to this report, two of these sources, who are members of the Pakistani government, stated that "an American logistical and security team has already been deployed for potential negotiations [in this country]."

هم‌زمان خبرگزاری رویترز به نقل از سه منبع پاکستانی گزارش کرد که گفت‌وگوهای صلح میان ایران و ایالات متحده ممکن است به‌زودی در پاکستان از سر گرفته شود.

یک منبع دولتی پاکستان به رویترز گفته انتظار می‌رود عباس عراقچی «شامگاه جمعه وارد اسلام‌آباد شود».

بر اساس این گزارش، دو نفر از این منابع که عضو دولت پاکستان هستند، گفته‌اند که «یک تیم لجستیکی و امنیتی آمریکا از قبل برای مذاکرات احتمالی [در این کشور] مستقر شده است».
