The death sentence for Mohammad Abbasi, one of the protesters arrested in Malard, and the 25-year prison sentence for his daughter Fatemeh Abbasi have been confirmed by the Supreme Court. These two political prisoners are being held in Ghezal Hesar prison in Karaj and Evin prison, respectively.
These two citizens were arrested during the protests in December 2025. Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Abolqasem Salavati, sentenced Mohammad Abbasi to death and Fatemeh Abbasi to 25 years in prison.

حکم اعدام محمد عباسی، از معترضان بازداشتشده در ملارد و حکم ۲۵ سال حبس برای دخترش فاطمه عباسی در دیوان عالی کشور تایید شده است. این دو زندانی سیاسی بهترتیب در زندانهای قزلحصار کرج و اوین نگهداری میشوند.
این دو شهروند در جریان اعتراضات دیماه ۱۴۰۴ بازداشت شدند. شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست ابوالقاسم صلواتی، محمد عباسی را به اعدام و فاطمه عباسی را به ۲۵ سال حبس محکوم کرده بود.
