Fars, a news agency affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards, reported on Friday, citing "informed sources": "While it seems that the exchange of messages between Iran and the United States continues through Pakistan as an intermediary, Tehran has presented its 14-point response, which includes Iran's key points for ending the war, to the Pakistani side."

The report further stated: "This response was prepared in reaction to Washington's 9-point proposal, and Tehran has proposed a clear roadmap for ending the imposed war while emphasizing its red lines."

Fars continued: "This message transfer occurred after the usual decision-making processes in the relevant institutions and obtaining the necessary approvals."

The Tasnim news agency, also affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards, wrote: "Tehran's 14-point proposal to Washington includes guarantees against military aggression, the withdrawal of U.S. forces from the region, lifting the naval blockade, releasing frozen assets, paying compensation, lifting sanctions, ending the war on all fronts including Lebanon, and a new mechanism for the Strait of Hormuz."

This media outlet added: "Washington has requested a two-month ceasefire, but Tehran has emphasized that the issue must be resolved within 30 days."

Tasnim added that this proposal, focusing on "ending the war," has been presented to the U.S., and Tehran is awaiting an official response from America.

فارس، خبرگزاری وابسته به سپاه پاسداران، روز جمعه به نقل از «منابع آگاه» نوشت:‌ «درحالی‌که به‌نظر می‌رسد ردوبدل پیام‌ها میان ایران و آمریکا از طریق پاکستان به‌عنوان واسطه ادامه دارد، تهران پاسخ ۱۴ بندی خود مشتمل بر رئوس مدنظر ایران برای خاتمه جنگ را به طرف پاکستانی ارائه کرده است».
در ادامه این گزارش آمده است: «این پاسخ، در واکنش به پیشنهاد ۹ بندی واشنگتن تهیه شده و تهران طی آن علاوه بر تاکید بر خطوط قرمز خود، نقشهٔ راه مشخصی برای پایان جنگ تحمیلی پیشنهاد کرده است».
فارس ادامه داد: «این انتقال با واسطه پیام، بعد از طی مراحل متعارف تصمیم‌سازی در نهادهای ذی‌ربط نظام و دریافت مجوزهای لازم صورت گرفته است».

خبرگزاری تسنیم، وابسته به سپاه نوشت: «پیشنهاد ۱۴ بندی تهران به واشینگتن، شامل تضمین عدم تجاوز نظامی، خروج نیروهای آمریکا از منطقه، رفع محاصره دریایی، آزادسازی دارایی‌های بلوکه‌شده، پرداخت غرامت، لغو تحریم‌ها، پایان جنگ در همه جبهه‌ها از جمله لبنان و سازوکار جدید تنگه هرمز است.»
این رسانه وابسته به سپاه افزود: «واشینگتن خواستار آتش‌بس دو ماهه شده اما تهران تاکید کرده موضوع باید ظرف ۳۰ روز تعیین تکلیف شود.»
تسنیم اضافه کرد که این پیشنهاد با تمرکز بر «پایان جنگ» به آمریکا ارائه شده و تهران در انتظار پاسخ رسمی آمریکاست.
