The Intelligence Organization of the Revolutionary Guard announced in a statement on Sunday, April 13, which was also broadcast by the Islamic Republic's state television, that "Trump must choose between an impossible operation or a bad deal with the Islamic Republic of Iran."
This statement refers to what it describes as Iran's "deadline" regarding the siege on the Pentagon, the "change in tone" of China, Russia, and Europe towards Washington, "Trump's passive letter to Congress," and "acceptance of Iran's negotiation conditions," stating that these "have only one meaning. The decision-making space for America has been limited."

سازمان اطلاعات سپاه روز یکشنبه ۱۳ اردیبهشت در بیانیهای که از صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی نیز پخش شد، اعلام کرد که «ترامپ باید بین عملیات غیرممکن یا معامله بد با جمهوری اسلامی ایران یکی را انتخاب کند».
این بیانیه به آنچه «ضربالاجل» ایران در مورد محاصره به پنتاگون، «تغییر لحن» چین، روسیه و اروپا نسبت به واشنگتن، «نامه انفعالی ترامپ به کنگره» و «پذیرش شروط مذاکراتی ایران» توصیف کرده، اشاره میکند و میگوید: اینها «یک معنا بیشتر ندارد. فضای تصمیم گیری برای آمریکا محدود شده است».
