Donald Trump, the President of the United States, announced in an exclusive interview with Israel's Kan News network on Sunday: "The Iranians want to make a deal, but I am not satisfied with what they have proposed. There are things in the proposal put forward by the Iranians that I cannot agree to."

The U.S. President also expressed satisfaction with the results of the maritime blockade on Iran, emphasizing that Washington does not intend to retreat at this stage, as such a move could signify a major victory for Tehran.

At the same time, Ismail Baqaei, spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, announced in an interview with the IRIB News Network that they have received a response from the U.S. to Tehran's "14-point" proposal, stating that this response is currently under review.

دونالد ترامپ، رئیس‌جمهور ایالات متحده، روز یکشنبه در گفتگویی اختصاصی با شبکه خبری کان اسرائیل اعلام کرد: ایرانی‌ها می‌خواهند توافق کنند، اما من از آنچه پیشنهاد داده‌اند راضی نیستم. در پیشنهادی که از طرف ایرانی‌ها ارائه شده، چیزهایی وجود دارد که نمی‌توانم با آن‌ها موافقت کنم.

رئیس جمهوری آمریکا همچنین با ابراز رضایت از نتایج محاصره دریایی ایران، تصریح کرد که واشنگتن قصد ندارد در این مقطع عقب‌نشینی کند، زیرا این اقدام می‌تواند به معنای یک پیروزی بزرگ برای تهران باشد.

همزمان، اسماعیل بقایی، سخنگوی وزارت امور خارجه جمهوری اسلامی در گفتگو با شبکه خبر صدا و سیما از دریافت پاسخ آمریکا به پیشنهادی «۱۴ ماده‌ای» تهران خبر داد و گفت این پاسخ در حال بررسی است.
