On Friday, May 18, a reporter at the White House asked Donald Trump about the results of the U.S. government's investigation into the attack on the school in Minab.

In response, he stated that the matter is still under investigation and the results will be made available to reporters and the media "as soon as they are ready."

During the attack on a co-educational school in the city of Minab in the south of the country, which occurred on the first day of the joint U.S.-Israel war against Iran, at least 120 students and 26 teachers were killed.

A few days after the attack, media investigations revealed that this school, located near a naval base of the Revolutionary Guard, was targeted by American missiles. Since then, the Pentagon has announced that it has been investigating how this attack occurred for weeks now.

روز جمعه،‌ ۱۸ اردیبهشت، یک خبرنگار در کاخ سفید از دونالد ترامپ درباره نتیجه تحقیقات دولت آمریکا درباره حمله به مدرسه میناب پرسید.

او در پاسخ گفت که این مسئله هم‌چنان در حال بررسی است و نتیجه تحقیقات «به محض آماده شدن» در اختیار خبرنگاران و رسانه‌ها قرار خواهد گرفت.

در جریان حمله به مدرسه‌ای دخترانه و پسرانه در شهر میناب در جنوب کشور که در روز آغازین جنگ مشترک آمریکا و اسرائیل با ایران رخ داد دست‌کم ۱۲۰ دانش‌آموز و ۲۶ معلم کشته شدند.

چند روز پس از حمله، تحقیقات رسانه‌ها نشان داد که این مدرسه که در نزدیکی یک پایگاه دریایی سپاه قرار داشت با موشک‌های آمریکایی هدف قرار گرفته است.
از آن زمان تاکنون هفته‌هاست که پنتاگون اعلام کرده است در حال تحقیق درباره چگونگی رخ دادن این حمله است.
