یسرائیل کاتز، وزیر دفاع اسرائیل در یک سخنرانی گفت که ماموریت ارتش این کشور درباره ایران کامل نشده و برای این احتمال آماده است که شاید دوباره ناچار به اقدام شود.
یسرائیل کاتز تاکید کرد: «اگر اهداف‌مان تامین نشود، دوباره اقدام خواهیم کرد.»

پیش از این نیز ایال زمیر، رییس ستاد کل ارتش اسرائیل، گفته بود که «نبرد به پایان نرسیده و ارتش برای ازسرگیری جنگ در صورت نیاز آماده است.»
