Donald Trump, the President of the United States, emphasized on Wednesday, May 19, that Iran's naval and air forces have been destroyed, stating that the only question now is whether the U.S. will return to finish the job or if the Islamic Republic will come to the table to sign a document (agreement).

Speaking at the graduation ceremony of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Trump said: "Everything they had is gone; their navy has been obliterated, their air force has been wiped out, and they have lost almost everything. The only question now is whether we will move forward to finish the job, or will they sign a document? We will have to see what happens."

ترامپ که در مراسم فارغ‌التحصیلی آکادمی گارد ساحلی آمریکا سخنرانی می‌کرد، گفت: «همه چیزِ آن‌ها از دست رفته است؛ نیروی دریایی‌شان نابود شده، نیروی هوایی‌شان از بین رفته و تقریبا همه‌چیزشان را از دست داده‌اند. اکنون تنها سوال این است که آیا ما پیش می‌رویم تا کار را تمام کنیم، یا اینکه آن‌ها یک سند را امضا خواهند کرد؟ باید ببینیم چه پیش می‌آید.»
