The media wing of the Pakistan Army (ISPR) described the latest round of talks between Qatari-Pakistani mediators and senior officials of the Islamic Republic as "brief but very fruitful."
According to the released statement, these intensive consultations took place in a positive and constructive atmosphere over the past 24 hours and have created encouraging progress towards achieving a final understanding to end the war.
The Pakistan Army did not provide further details on the specific contents of these negotiations.
