Meanwhile, JD Vance, the Vice President of the United States, and Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of Defense, have been summoned to Washington to participate in a special meeting to review the potential agreement. Trump had previously stated that after reviewing Iran's latest proposal with his negotiating team, he would likely decide by Sunday whether to continue negotiations or resume the war.

According to informed sources, the new draft that Trump is set to review is the result of recent negotiations between Iran and Pakistan.

به گزارش اکسیوس، چند تن از رهبران حاضر در تماس با ترامپ از او خواسته‌اند مسیر دستیابی به توافق را دنبال کند. با این حال، این مقام آمریکایی تاکید کرده است که هنوز تصمیم نهایی از سوی رییس‌جمهوری آمریکا اتخاذ نشده و او همچنان می‌تواند توافق را رد کرده و دستور حملات جدید علیه ایران را صادر کند.

همزمان، جی‌دی ونس، معاون رییس‌جمهوری آمریکا، و پیت هگست، وزیر دفاع این کشور، برای شرکت در نشست ویژه بررسی توافق احتمالی به واشینگتن فراخوانده شدند. ترامپ پیش‌تر گفته بود پس از بررسی آخرین پیشنهاد ایران با تیم مذاکره‌کننده خود، احتمالا تا روز یکشنبه درباره ادامه مذاکرات یا ازسرگیری جنگ تصمیم خواهد گرفت.

به گفته منابع آگاه، پیش‌نویس جدیدی که قرار است ترامپ آن را بررسی کند، حاصل مذاکرات اخیر میان ایران و پاکستان است.
